"Bed was comfy, great location, stayed after visiting the wineries. Took an Uber to downtown for around $10. There were some homeless being by the freeway (not sure if that’s why, but have noticed freeway location have more homeless), breakfast was okay, other Marriotts have had better breakfasts. Visited by a butterfly outside the hotel."
"The day of check-in happened to be Thanksgiving in the United States, and almost all the restaurants nearby were rested! The hotel environment is good and quiet, the twin room we booked is spacious, the big bed is very comfortable, the overall situation of the hotel is still better!"
"1. The hotel only has one elevator. In the morning, you have to wait for three cleaning staff to come up before you can go downstairs.
2. There are only 2 electric chargers but both are broken when we stayed. This is very inconvenient and affects travel arrangements."
"Nice, clean hotel. Bar downstairs with a happy hour from 3-5pm. And you can take drinks to your room. Bartender was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, updated, spacious king room. I would stay here again."
"The service of the hotel is particularly good! You can take a hot air balloon about 600 meters from the hotel! Awesome and the hotel's environment is also a good compliment! Family and friends gatherings are very suitable! It is worth mentioning that the hotel's breakfast can be said to be superior! Worth recommending to every friend"
"Good location. Very clean room. Very comfortable bed and sofa. The breakfast is simple but good to eat, especially I like the coffee machine in the buffet of the breakfast."
"This place is a over priced motel 6. Front door didn’t closed properly, as if someone had kicked the door open at onetime. Housekeeping walked right in to our room without knocking while we drinking coffee. For $400 bucks the place was a dump, major rip off."
"Plusses: The room was lovely very large and had a lovely view. (Be sure to get a room on the east side as view is better).
Minuses: No daily service. Even the breakfast tray was still there when I came back,. Also the television does not go above a certain volume so as not to disturb others. I see that as discrimination against those who are hearing impaired. And the breakfast was so so. Stale pastries. Not fresh baked. Taste like out of a package, Yogurt was good though! There should also be instructions for the buttons for the fireplace and how to work the shower.
Still.... I would stay again."
"I enjoyed my birthday stay here. It’s a great location to everything from wine tasting, dine, or relax by the pool. The hotel reminds me of a boutique hotel, warm colors, relaxing quiet environment. In my first room 110, there were cigarette butts in the rocks on the patio, not sure why that wasn’t cleaned up. I was switched to room 203, nicer, roomier, but the pullout sofa cushions needed cleaning. Overall, it was a great stay for one night."

Very Good
GGuest UserI really don’t understand why this place is rated 2 stars? I’ve stayed at this place twice now and honestly I won’t stay anywhere else. I’ve recommended this place to several of my friends and they have loved their experience as much as I have. Things are going to be different because of COVID, but they make you feel right at home. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has the best location spot, you are just far enough away from old town to not get hit with all the drunks, but just close enough to go get drunk. The hotel has waters, Gatorade’s, snacks, heat up meals, and little supplies you might of forgotten on your trip like a toothbrush, for purchase in the lobby. Even though, right now because of COVID picnic style eating isn’t available, the hotel has a breakfast bag for the mornings that you are able to pick up from the hotel lobby and enjoy in your room. They have other amenities in and out of the hotel that I put on my other review. Over all, love this place.
PPINGThe second stay, as always, the room is a small suite, the living room sofa and bedroom are separated by a block, the toilet and the wash bath are also separate, very reasonable. Parking is free.
GGoguenThe hotel staff was wonderful from management, to front desk to cleaning staff. Everyone was professional and kind. The rom was very spacious, clean and comfortable.
GGuest UserThe breakfast in this store is very rich. There are 4 staple foods.
Fruit has apples
The oranges at the front desk are especially delicious.
Very quiet.
GGuest UserWe had a great time. Thanks to Rochelle front desk rep. Who made our stay more special & our Anniversary very special. Thank you for your kindness. We appreciate you Rochelle Friont Desk Employee. Deserve a raise 🫶🏼.....Dan & Iris.
CCMD RWCustomer service was absolutely top notch, everyone was very kind and attentive. My only complaint is the laundry room wasnt sticked with some soap fornpirchase soni couldnt do laundry(and I really needed to lol). Ots within walking distance to Old Town Temecula so would be easy to go for some drinks and not have an issue getting home. Was quiet at night and didnt feel unsafe one bit. The room thatvi had did not have a mini fridge so prepare for that
GGuest UserWe stayed for one night whilst passing through on a road trip. The location in old town Temecula was great, we were able top walk around the old town. Facilities were clean and sufficient and the staff were pleasant and friendly
HHoneydeeLast minute booking due to my apartment flooding. I have a 1 year old and was literally in panic mode. Luckily I was able to book online within 5 min.. and checked in at 10pm. The front was very cool very helpful .. considering I didn’t have my darn id on me. My husband used his but I paid with my card. They were very understanding and got us into a room within min. Booked another night here .. prices very fair
