"While there are similar options for staying close to the international Airport in Yogyakarta, Morazen stands head and shoulders above even the bigger names of five star houses. The main reason for this is that the hotel was opened in 2024 and as you would expect has the highest class comfort available in the area. Aimed at short staying guests out 1-night booking (most flights from YIA leave early hours) included an excellent breakfast buffet and shuttle to the nearby airport. Luggage weighing and wrapping are available in the lobby. The rooms are top notch - specifically the mattress was much better than other hotels around - with privacy blinds in the on suite bathroom and a modern smart TV. The pool is rather awkward for real swimmers but offered a good opportunity to relax for us as well as the families with children who seemed to enjoy their time as much as the several flight crew members frequenting the place. We left the next morning feeling refreshed and comforted and Morazen stayed in the back of our minds as a very high yardstick against which we measured other hotels in Indonesia."

"Facilities: A new hotel with comprehensive amenities. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean. Environment: Superb, offering bright, open views and a beautiful landscape. Service: Incredibly thoughtful and friendly. Overall, the hotel's location is fantastic for airport access. It's very close and provides a shuttle service that gets you there in just a few minutes. This is incredibly convenient for catching early flights, as you don't have to rush or wake up at dawn. The food is also delicious, and the prices are very reasonable, making the overall value for money exceptional."

"We’ve stayed here for morning flight. The receptionists were very friendly and kind, the room was clean, and breakfast was great! The only thing we realised was there were many small ants inside the room…. But I suppose it’s not hotel’s fault, just because of the environment in Indonesia."
