Everything was spectacular and the service was generally excellent. Spectacular location, and needless to say, the breakfast was WONDERFUL. I hope to return to the Frontera Hotel again and have fond memories of my childhood there with my parents in the 1960s.

I think that for the price they charge and compared to hotels of the same quality and service, they should include breakfast. The reception staff is very young and, honestly, they don't have much customer service experience. However, everything in the room was fine. A tribute to the service staff.

The room was unconditioned, had a non-working fan, was poorly informed, and the restaurant staff was extremely slow. Hair in the bed and bathroom. First and only time at this hotel. Terrible experience, wouldn't recommend.

Excellent service, the hotel is very well located. The facilities are well maintained and the rooms are very comfortable. The restaurant has very good options of typical Chilean dishes. The waiters are super friendly. From the receptionist to the staff who clean the room, everyone is very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent stay at the Hotel Frontera Temuco. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout our visit, which was very convenient for working and enjoying online content without interruptions. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotlessly clean, something we truly appreciated. The location is also perfect, very close to downtown Temuco and the plaza, allowing us to explore the city on foot without any issues.

It's unfortunate that this iconic hotel in the city is so poorly managed, with poor service and terrible quality, and the staff's lack of care for their guests is evident. They charge like a 4-star hotel, but they don't even come close to achieving a 4-star hotel in terms of quality and service. It's a shame to see so many foreigners staying at the hotel who don't understand the reason for such poor service. A disgrace.

Very well located and with excellent acoustics despite being in the middle of the city, it's a perfect place to rest. Next time we'll head straight to this hotel. We're from Cipiletti, Argentina, a city in a beautiful valley. Every time we pass through Temuco, we enjoy all its beauty.
