入住體驗差強人意，沒有達到預期的原因主要是老店，做了很久了，破破爛爛，隔音效果太差了，不好，反正是不會再入住的了隔音也不好，一晚上沒睡好。有蟲子點評一分都覺得是多給，垃圾服務，丟在他們酒店的東西提前打電話不給找，到酒店去拿，讓我們自己去找，讓司機在外面一直等，大家別踩坑走廊很臟，有股怪味。樓頂的空調太大噪音沒法睡覺。還沒等我説完她就打斷我一副不想聽的樣子，我都想説你給我換同房型的其他樓層的我無所謂呀，哪裡來的服務人員這麼陰陽怪氣拽的不行，經常出差、旅行**會員等級到鑽石了，住過這麼多酒店，這次是最生氣的一次。個別服務員態度極差，房間清潔不到位，wifi很慢，整體設施頂多算個1星，總之不會再來，不想出來住個酒店花錢還受氣。
