豪華大床房連一次性拖鞋也沒有，都是共用拖鞋，這個客人退房下位客人繼續用，設施較齊全，但環境不太可以

酒店的電梯是真的特別臭，站在等電梯都是滿滿的死老鼠味，進到電梯裏也是一股濃濃的臭味，前台服務態度一般般，總體來説，體驗感比較差。

這個酒店配置一點都不值這個價格，感覺就70/80的水平。
前台服務態度很差。急着去做高鐵，開個發票用了半個鍾還怪客人下來太晚了。做個事咪咪摸摸的一點效率都沒有，不懂那個男的是不是眼神有問題一直在那裡看來看去，完全也沒心思做事的樣子。本來説好的價格服務員突然加價可能想自己掙點錢八。
總之這個酒店實在太差了，再也不會入住了。
