辦理入住時，前台工作人員全程面無表情，無主動問候、無入住指引，僅機械性遞出房卡，對周邊設施、早餐時間等基礎疑問也衹是敷衍迴應。而退房環節的體驗更顯糟糕：抵達前台後，工作人員始終低頭操作，既未主動詢問“是否辦理退房”，也未抬頭與客人有任何眼神交流，反而多次用審視的目光瞟向客人，全程零溝通，讓作為消費者的我感受到明顯的不尊重。
酒店的硬件設施或許達標，但前台作為服務的“第一窗口”，其冷漠、消極的服務狀態，直接抵消了所有體驗感，也讓我對品牌的專業度產生質疑。不推薦追求基礎服務尊重的旅客選擇，也希望酒店能正視員工服務培訓問題，避免更多客人遭遇類似不佳體驗。
