I checked in at another Banyan Tree. Their Elena has been following up since the reservation. She was very helpful in asking what time to arrive and if I needed anything. I didn't find any airs at all. The service was very enthusiastic. I am really grateful. The overall environment of this hotel is very private. The hot spring is exclusively for Banyan Tree guests, so there is almost no one and it is very quiet. I really recommend it.

Fantastic hotel. Totally value for money! Very friendly check in staff. Also the manager was very nice and helped in every way possible suggesting some fantastic restaurants for good local food. We really enjoyed our stay here. City itself does not offer much except for the volcano hot springs but perfect hotel for a day or 2. Breakfast was typical Chinese style but wholesome and had everything u would expect. Very clean and kept very well. Hopefully it does not deteriorate with age!

The hotel is an old hotel refurbished, the facilities are better, but the air conditioning is really unsatisfactory! The first room turned on the air conditioner at 8 pm, and the set 30 degrees of super strong wind. At 10 pm, the temperature in the house was still only 20 degrees. With the front desk electric heater, all heating facilities were not available! The engineering staff said that the wind speed is really small and can be replaced... There is still a problem with the air conditioner in the new room, the temperature can't go up, the air conditioner still makes noise from time to time... It is more convenient to drive there by car. It is not convenient to get here by public transportation. The surrounding area is still under development. The hotel accommodation meets Holiday Inn Express' usual standards. There are hot spring pools, outdoor swimming pools, laundry rooms and gyms. Overall clean, tidy, hygienic and comfortable.

Come to Tengchong to soak in the hot springs but very disappointed. Basically there are no hot springs. Booking a hotel also saw hot springs. But the hot springs opened two pools and it was hot. I suggested that two more high temperatures should be opened, the weather is cold at night, and there is nothing to do at night. Everyone is soaking in those two pools. The waiter actually said that 30 minutes of hot springs was enough. I should have left early, very speechless service. Checked out early the next morning. Very disappointed Tengchong.
