The hot spring is very comfortable and the water is changed every day. As for the shortcomings, the only thing is that the hair dryer is not very powerful. I would like to stay here next time I come to Tengchong. So comfortable.

This is the first time I have given such a low rating to a hotel. I only had one review when booking. I will not be a guinea pig again. There are not many people staying in the new hotel yet. To be honest, the hardware itself is very good, but the management really needs to be improved. The hotel is on the edge of a community. On the sunny side, the guest rooms have a good view of the distant mountains and lakes. On the shady side, there is a commercial street view of the community. There is a huge gap between the two sides. I booked two rooms, the cheaper one with a sunny view and a view of the street, and the more expensive one with a shady neighborhood and street view. I opened the door and checked out, asked the front desk to cancel the order, and then re-booked a room with a sunny view ( 100 yuan cheaper), the hotel changed my room, but they refused to let me place a new reservation no matter what, and said they would give me a discount if I extended my stay the next day. But because the hotel restaurant was not open and there was no food nearby, I did not extend my stay. When I checked out, I wanted to solve the room price difference problem. Several people came to the front desk, and they all said that I placed the order with Ctrip and could only argue with Ctrip. I was speechless.

剛到騰沖第一天一直在下雨，還好酒店有温泉有蒸房，在酒店休息遊玩也很舒服，酒店服務超級好，環境衞生也很不錯，第二天晴天下的酒店也是非常漂亮～非常值得推薦，個人喜好居住安靜舒適的地方，東湖温泉康養酒店很8️⃣錯！
