Stayed for three nights in a row. The room faced the lake. The view was good, the air was good, the room was large, the mattress was comfortable, the staff had a very good attitude, the free massage vouchers were worth it, and the fruits delivered every day were very fresh. The hot spring is very comfortable and the water is changed every day. As for the shortcomings, the only thing is that the hair dryer is not very powerful. I would like to stay here next time I come to Tengchong. So comfortable.

The price/performance ratio is not high, the room is small, especially the hotel aromatherapy is very low

This is the first time I have given such a low rating to a hotel. I only had one review when booking. I will not be a guinea pig again. There are not many people staying in the new hotel yet. To be honest, the hardware itself is very good, but the management really needs to be improved. The hotel is on the edge of a community. On the sunny side, the guest rooms have a good view of the distant mountains and lakes. On the shady side, there is a commercial street view of the community. There is a huge gap between the two sides. I booked two rooms, the cheaper one with a sunny view and a view of the street, and the more expensive one with a shady neighborhood and street view. I opened the door and checked out, asked the front desk to cancel the order, and then re-booked a room with a sunny view ( 100 yuan cheaper), the hotel changed my room, but they refused to let me place a new reservation no matter what, and said they would give me a discount if I extended my stay the next day. But because the hotel restaurant was not open and there was no food nearby, I did not extend my stay. When I checked out, I wanted to solve the room price difference problem. Several people came to the front desk, and they all said that I placed the order with Ctrip and could only argue with Ctrip. I was speechless.

看了騰沖大多數的酒店，最後選在這裏住了幾天。最大的優點是距離哪裡各個景點都方便，市區邊上，安靜，開窗就是湖景。整體也比較新，房間內小度智能控制很方便。 當然對温泉要求高的話，這裏可能就弱一些。這裏的特色是基於温泉的各種理療和康養設備。室外泡池一般般。 一點點小瑕疵，入住第一天，地面沒有打掃乾淨，不過後續都做的很好。 過年期間還放了煙花，開窗就能看到。 綜合各方面，選擇市區的話，這裏整體算是不錯的選擇

因為在騰沖租了車，所以臨時換了這家停車出行相對方便的酒店，結果超乎預期的好。首先酒店的房間很大，設施相當不錯，我們的房間面對東湖，房間外有個大陽台，無論早晚都能看到美麗的湖景。其次，酒店的服務也很不錯，服務員早晚兩次來打掃衞生、收取垃圾，房間內每天都會有一大盆新鮮水果，有什麼問題都會及時解決。酒店的早餐也非常豐富，尤其是自製的酸奶、麪包非常不錯，也很符合酒店康養的理念。此外，攜程上預訂酒店贈送的spa之類的項目也值得推薦，每天還能預約免費的八段錦瑜伽課程和頌缽療愈。唯一小缺點是酒店的温泉池比較小，也衹有五個，不過優點是24小時都開放，而且幾個池子每天都輪流清洗，衹要不是特別繁忙的時段，還是可以一個人獨享一個池子的。
