民宿在市區，交通便利，旅遊客運站就在小區旁邊，從騰沖到芒市瑞麗很方便，去古鎮、室區周邊的温泉和景點，門前有多路公交車，打車也很方便，比瑪御谷華僑城這些旅居盤便利很多。小區是當地人居住的成熟社區，民宿在別墅區，由一棟兩層別墅改造，收拾的很乾凈，很温馨，老闆人很好，紀律部隊出身，為人絕對可靠，每來新客都會親自接機，用好茶款待，阿姨的早餐做的也很好吃。晚上很安靜，院子景觀精緻，喜歡坐在那裡曬太陽。價格絕對親民，別墅是老闆自有，推薦自由行的朋友來體驗，我和姐姐都很喜歡！
