真的是很新，硬件沒得説，景色超級棒，院子裏就有一顆大銀杏，門口拍照很出片喲，很多遊客都在門口拍照。軟件是農家樂，😀😃😃

房間非常舒適，設施高檔齊全。老闆，老闆娘非常好客熱情。服務非常到位，貼心服務。客棧的飯菜做的也非常好，而且價格非常合理便宜，下次再來騰沖銀杏村一定住這個客棧。也會介紹朋友來這裏一定住這個客棧。

交通便利，離村囗和銀杏王步行5分鐘即可到達。自家院子古樸而又現代，吃飯住宿一體。房間在二樓，空間寬敞，衞生潔凈，設施先進，推門而出還有個超大露台，伸手可觸摸院子裏古老的銀杏樹葉，映襯秋日無比美好。三樓平台白天可遠眺銀杏村周邊風光，夜晚是個觀星好去處。
連住3晚還不得不誇誇阿姨的廚藝，早餐的餌絲，晚餐的銀杏燉雞和清炒時蔬都讚不絕口，阿姨會跟我溝通每天餐食的需求，閑暇之餘嘮嘮嗑既親切又温暖。

在銀杏村裡麪，可以停車，中規中矩的民宿，床墊舒服，花灑出水大，很乾凈，老闆是當地人，很樸實，該有的服務都有，我們早到了一週左右，葉子還不夠黃

老闆熱情好客，房間住的也很舒服，最主要的是老闆家的菜很好吃，可以住宿+吃飯一起，路過也是可以吃飯的，銀杏果燉雞是必點，烤銀杏果也是超級好吃
小院環境超級好，院子裏就是一顆巨大銀杏樹，房間裏就能看到，小院裏吃飯涼爽，很愜意

院子很漂亮，門口就有停車位，而且門口的銀杏很漂亮。老闆人很好，銀杏煲雞和銀杏花炒蛋都好吃。唯一有點缺點就是馬桶裏紙巾很難沖下去
