1.麗婷家民宿特別有人情味，過年期間選住這裏，很慶幸選對了，感恩！過年入住期間，正好遇到從四川自駕過來的一大個家族，説是每年都來住這裏過年，一大家人熱情有素質，正好大家住一個院子很熱鬧温馨。幸運今年春節遇到這麼好這麼温馨的老闆一家和住客一大家族
2.我們自己沒有做飯，入住期間一直跟着老闆娘一家一起吃飯，説好到時結算，最後都沒有收伙食費，特別熱情客氣，過年兩天還跟他們家一起吃了豐盛的年夜飯。自己家做的飯菜，原材料用得都是自己家養的雞鴨，雞蛋青菜，美味又健康，每天都吃得特別好。其他幾家人多，自己買菜做飯也可以用他們家的廚房。淡季的時候，老闆娘説常住，一天包吃住才80元，太划算了，下次暑假想有機會再來避暑。
3.冬季來銀杏村，確實景色不如其他季節，交通出入如果不是自駕，會比較麻煩。但春節期間對比和順古鎮之類人太多的地方，銀杏村外來的遊客比較少，幾乎都是本地人，適合每天發呆隨便逛逛，舒服放鬆。
4.老闆一家都特別樸實踏實，農家樂民宿住着有一種自己家的感覺，一家人對我們都像家人一樣關心，春節期間入住感覺更加温暖。難怪每年都那麼多熟客回來住，所以對於這裏住的要求可能就不要去對標酒店或星級服務，做好預期和心理管理，一樓木房間隔音一般裝修和設施也比較舊一點，新樓裝修各方面還可以。
5.給騰沖和銀杏村點贊，在這裏遇到的每個人都非常好👍

因為擔心隔音問題，臨時升級換了房間（新樓），出乎意料地好，有地暖，房間很大，有智能馬桶，隔音很好。老闆一家很熱情，飯菜可口，還有呼呼睡的小貓，很不錯的出行體驗

住的時候是過年1月剛好沒葉子，如果10月11月來，應該很漂亮，環境很好，老闆熱情，免費升級房間，還送早餐。院子有車位。

房東是雲南人，服務態度非常Nice，房間設施現代化，有溫泉泡，他家的民宿是騰衝村最大最靚的一間。幸好選對了民宿，對於喜愛拍攝的我們絕對是首選，非常贊👍晚上還同老板一起煮圍茶，重點還是免費，期待下次再會，謝謝！！

沒想到雲南的民宿都已經next lever了，房間地暖泡澡池，感應燈，從我的房間看出去就是一顆大銀杏樹，景觀太美了。晚上老闆和我們一起圍爐煮茶，由當地的核桃個銀杏還有紅薯，吃的熱乎乎，老闆的熱情讓我們心裏暖呼呼，來自五湖四海朋友相聚在此，一起聊天喝當地特色茶，他家還有銀杏雞湯，一定要嚐嚐。

收藏小院十年，今年總算走到這裏，小院環境超讚，銀杏樹下喝茶聊天，主人家是地道當地人，和善熱情，考慮周全，晚上大哥還給我們圍爐烤茶，天南地北的人談天説地，烤銀杏果，烤紅薯……都給我留下來很深的印象，這個小院讓我看到幸福的具象化，希望再有機會走到這裏。

房間新裝修的，乾淨！晚上比較冷，但有電熱毯，還有取暖器，足夠温暖！他家院子在古鎮算是比較大的，院內有好幾棵大銀杏樹，就在院裏拍照就很出片。位置在古鎮邊上，交通方便，步行去銀杏王不到十分鐘。白果燉雞很好吃，超級推薦，晚上還可以圍爐，老闆還親自做馬幫烤茶，好喝，還有烤紅薯軟糯香甜，絕絕子！超級推薦他家，體驗感很棒！

銀杏欣賞季節，村裡遊客很多，慶幸我們預訂這家麗婷農家樂，老闆服務態度很好，讓遊客有回家感覺，庭院裏有很多銀杏樹，隨手拍照都很漂亮，逛了一圈，最後還是回到庭院拍照，人少風景也美
