設施：都老化了，，很不好用，唯一不錯的就是房間有私湯呵呵
衞生：衞生一般般，浴室很臟，P1-2
服務：服務很差，有些服務人員態度不好，這裏住宿浴巾衹給一次，第二次讓服務人員拿的時候浴巾説衹給這一次，下一次就不幫我們拿了。早上起來的退房的時候，問怎麼走，服務人員讓我們搬行李爬很長的樓梯，，我們到店的時候是12點之後了，房間還沒有收拾好，服務員讓我們等等，我們也等了，結果泡完温泉回去還沒有鋪好床，問就是不知道什麼時候好，，浴袍都是濕的還沒換P3-4
環境：温泉環境不錯的，住宿就不太值了

1.自駕方便，可以直接開到客棧門口
2.泡温泉就在酒店旁邊，走路1分鐘，穿着浴袍就可以直接過去了
3.早餐比較簡單 ，有餌絲，米線現煮
4.房間蠻大的，大箱子打開方便，打掃的蠻乾淨的

房間乾淨，也很大，老牌的温泉客棧，去泡温泉走一小段就可以了，包含了早餐，有洗衣機，過來度假很不錯，開心的休息了兩天

位於二樓的平台清早可以觀賞雲海，田園風光和羣山起伏盡收眼底。客棧提供的早餐有米線和紅薯玉米花捲，還有牛奶和橙子。

酒店在半山上，非常安靜，是與温泉同一個單位的，有走廊連在一起，酒店價格包含温泉的門票，性價比超高，如你喜歡騰沖泡温泉的，此家為首選。缺點是周邊餐飲超市等在一公里以為，沒有外賣。

打算去泡荷花温泉，特地入住了這家酒店，是和温泉一起的，兩步路就到了。温泉酒店的房間挺大的，設施也挺好，打掃的很乾凈，服務員人也不錯，周邊環境也很漂亮，非常的安靜清幽。
缺點就是管理上分的太清楚了，酒店前台缺乏培訓，不知道温泉票的內容。再就是客棧不好找，沒有在路邊做明顯的標識。我到了那天正好下雨，直接開到了山路頂上，路挺陡的，下雨路又滑，差點出事。

和老媽出來旅遊，臨時決定來騰沖泡温泉。在一眾温泉中最後選了荷花，這是一個老牌的温泉品牌了。在網上查了住在關馬幫客棧客棧免費兩個人泡澡。感覺很划算就買了，後來發現在高德上訂温泉票更便宜，一個人衹要五十塊

這裏的温泉相當符合心水。四百多的房費送温泉送早飯，性價比挺高的。温泉環境宜人，泡着很舒服，旁邊是滾燙冒煙的泉眼。荷花温泉良心推薦，不足之處在於房間，空調不能制熱，給的被子又不夠保暖。不過酒店環境也很可熱，是個精緻的古建築。綜合評價良好，良心推薦。
