挺不錯的，送了雙早和延遲退房，服務態度好，温泉也很舒服。建議三樓面向温泉的房間，入住的時候可以提前關窗開通風，提醒温泉開放時間的噪音問題。整體入住體驗好。

全季4.0的酒店，25年的新酒店，我們訂的是套房房間數少，本次居住在三樓户外温泉旁，晚上九點前在房間能聽到來泡温泉的人説話的聲音，聲音清晰，介意的可以提前向酒店提出需求，早餐無功無過但是價格略貴，酒店三樓有五個室外温泉，可以自行攜帶泳衣。酒店位於翡翠城旁邊，騰沖不大，所以前往各個景區可以打車，ps住了兩晚套房沒有伴手禮，有需要的可自行詢問前台；

帶着老媽來騰沖泡温泉特意訂的全季，一進門熱情的歡迎聲就感覺很親切，一個穿黑制服的小姑娘服務特別好為我們送行李介紹酒店設施，房間內衞生乾淨，我算是對睡覺要求很高的人，本來到騰沖就想訂悦榕莊，後來因為悦榕莊實在不方便，再加上小紅書上很多的吐槽最後才綜合考慮了新開的全季，老媽也很滿意

房間寬敞，乾淨衞生，多次入住，前台服務好，送了早餐，早餐品種多樣，游泳池恆温，温泉在屋頂超好，小朋友喜歡，退房小姐姐是送了伴手禮。特別是走時望了手機，服務員趕緊打電話告知並送到前台，特意點贊。

出差住了無數次全季，不過這次出遊選擇了全季，很滿意。房間很新，服務人員態度極好，見面都會打招呼，對客人的訴求都認真傾聽解決，毫無誇張地説酒店拉高了我們對騰沖的整體感覺。有機會還會過來住，繼續體驗騰沖的悠閑自在😄

【這篇評價寫於25年8月，此時酒店新到本地司機開着導航都不一定找得到，整體還是有明顯的裝修遺留味道，尤其是大堂和電梯內，對氣味敏感的客人需注意，心疼工作人員了】位置很好，大環境安靜，交通便利，有自己的停車場，房間規整寬敞，服務人員熱情，反應迅速，晚間洗衣／外賣高峯期連後勤大爺也加入送貨隊伍🔥尤其是夜班前台的妹妹，一直忙着補充洗衣房備品和客房服務，忙碌的同時態度仍然親切温和🌸房間分配不太好，左右幾户是一個旅行團隊的，總是開着門聊天打牌，連麥打遊戲，尤其是露台方向，小孩子在户外塑木地板跑跳很吵（所有景觀房是一個整體大露台，中間用鏤空柵欄分隔）遇到下雨也會滴答滴答的響🌧露台和對面小區居民晾曬房相互可肉眼看見，多少有點小尷尬了，總而言之加價要露台房不如選普通親子房來的穩妥唉😔三樓温泉有多個不同温度泡池，一直在循環流動還算乾淨，帶小孩消耗精力是蠻不錯的很方便，反覆過濾後水質效果就談不上囉，如果想體驗騰沖温泉特色還是得去外面泡（同為碳酸泉的永樂温泉村，帶有硫磺泉和地熱燻蒸的黃瓜菁都不錯，新鮮碳酸泉會在皮膚表面形成密集的細小泡泡，久泡手指腳趾也不易起皺，泡完皮膚滑滑非常明顯）。員工似乎對大堂和門口抽煙的人沒有什麼很好的制止辦法，一樓公區總是有煙味🚬這一點也聽其他客人吐槽過😠／酒店體驗是旅遊中的重要環節，個人喜歡細緻如實的覆盤記錄，退房時前台小哥希望即刻給到好評並拍照記錄我的評價，，同為牛馬能理解業務壓力但不喜歡被催好評💦領導想要提高評價，與其把精力放在要好評考核不如看看保山全季是怎麼做的吧……我在雲南住了好些不同的店，就這一個要好評的，全五星屬於是打工人互幫互助了……性價比較低，500+～700+的單晚價洗浴配品衹有洗髮露沐浴露，護髮素得單獨找前台拿，飲水搭配衹有三角碎葉茶包，歡迎水果晚安宵夜那更是完全沒有了（隔壁主打經濟的海友甚至都配送了宵夜水果和酸奶）備品標註環保材料實則有種降本增效的美🍃以温泉游泳為特色卻沒有配浴袍和涼拖鞋，，房間地面衞生不錯，但豎立面沒有檢查過的樣子，貓眼蓋子裏塞着紙，洗漱台側面粘着奧特曼，我們入住一行人沒有小孩子，廁所玻璃門較低位置卻肉眼可見手印，詭異得很啊😱入住時候人已經很累了就沒要求再打掃，酒店方如果對評價不滿意請勿聯繫我，未來配套有改進可以在回覆裏説明，就這樣吧雲南再見囉

騰沖酒店看花眼。選了新開不久的全季，主要是華住會品牌有保證。定的家庭庭院房沒想到非常的舒服，有一個大院子。乘涼一級
設施：空間很大，乾濕分離。一個大床一個小床。一家三口剛好。3個箱子放開都沒問題，還有一個小沙發可以坐坐。洗衣房3個洗衣服3個烘乾機。旁邊還有小健身房。配備温泉池和游泳池，温泉很不錯，遊玩回來特別解乏的。
衞生：一點點小瑕疵，台盆和馬桶旁邊這種死角沒打掃好。
環境：旁邊翡翠城，居民區，安靜的沒話説。太適合我這種睡覺輕的人。酒店隔音也很好。
服務：一進門就有小美女幫忙提行李，辦理入住很爽快。提醒注意事項等。幾個打掃阿姨，温泉池的阿姨，還有大叔等工作人員，非常的熱情，看到就打招呼，很有温度的酒店。第三天問了前台能不能送了早餐，很爽快的答應了。讓我們能吃飽開車7小時去麗江，推薦所有要去騰沖的朋友們。
早餐有品種還可以。手工的包子很喜歡。

做箇中肯的評價：旺季的騰沖酒店是真的貴。定的套房，在3樓，提前告知我和泡池在一層可能會吵，但一刷房門就看見隔着紗窗的幾個光膀子大哥大聲聊天還是有點驚到，但基本上晚上9點之後外面就很安靜。接機服務挺方便的，到機場大概15分鐘，體驗不錯。4個户外泡池，人不多，晚上7點到8點的大多數時候可以獨享，挺乾淨舒服的，還看到了絕美日落。缺點就是枕頭太高了很難受睡不了，客廳沒有紙不太方便，早餐沒什麼吃的完全沒必要定，隔音不好有時候能很清晰聽到隔壁的説話聲。服務人員都很有禮貌，滴滴打車很方便，離綺羅古鎮步行10多分鐘，去早市吃早飯體驗很好。
