The best hotel of the whole trip! The housekeeper Zhao Yu is very considerate! Before coming, I read the reviews and they were both good and bad, but after coming here, I was super satisfied. Whether it is the hotel scenery, facilities, environment, or service, they are all up to the level of a seven-star hotel! Our family of four lived very happily and worry-free! The Lisu dinner, vegetarian food, Yunfeng Mountain tickets and cable car provided by the hotel made us feel all-inclusive for three days and two nights, and we can rest assured and have fun without worrying about it. My husband and I made an appointment for a spa after climbing the mountain the next afternoon. The hotel staff helped take the two kids to make handmade lipsticks, giving us time to relax for two people, which was great! Come again next Spring Festival!

The environment is first-class, especially the building where the lobby is located, which pays great attention to aesthetics. The room facilities are a bit old, and the spa floor is very old, which doesn't feel good. The breakfast selection is good, the drinks in the minibar are average, the afternoon tea and snacks are a bit rustic, and they seem to be the style of many years ago. Most guests who stay in this type of hotel often experience high-end snacks, and no one likes to eat these anymore, which are not in line with the hotel specifications. The complimentary Lisu dinner is very special, and the small ear pork is delicious; but the vegetarian service staff seemed to be in a hurry to get off work, and urged us to eat and serve the dishes, which was not a good experience. The hot spring is very good.

I came here because of its reputation and left reluctantly. It really lives up to the reputation of a seven-star hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, especially the private hot spring pool, which is better than the private hot springs of Banyan Tree and Bailian. It is really worth experiencing. The hotel is located at the foot of Yunfeng Mountain, isolated from the world, and especially quiet at night. Soaking in ♨️ and looking up at the stars, it is both romantic and comfortable. When you get up in the morning, you can see the main peak of Yunfeng Mountain from the courtyard. If there is foggy weather, you can take pictures and make a big movie. The hotel's dining is very rich. I haven't experienced it all after staying for three days. The S PA projects are diverse. I will continue to experience it next time. Thanks to the housekeeper Xiaoyue, a beautiful local girl, for her warm, thoughtful and meticulous service that makes me feel like home every day. It is said that the hotel is renovating a batch of new rooms and hopes to be equipped with a gym. After all, climbing every day costs knees. In short, such a hotel is suitable for vacation and leisure. Stay for a few more days and savor it slowly. It is not suitable for rushing in and punching in. In addition, I think the hotel needs to improve the wireless Wi-Fi, which is a bit slow when the occupancy rate is high.
