提前給老闆娘指定了房型，老闆娘果然給留了，開心，酒店位置就在市區熱海路上，這裡是個老牌的別墅區，晚上非常安靜，老闆娘的小花園也佈置的很温馨，這次停留的時間不夠，沒來得及跟老闆娘聊天，下次來一定住個一個星期，騰沖真的很巴適，泡温泉，摘草莓，沖咖啡，逛古城。

在別墅區，環境十分宜人，老闆娘美麗大方，熱情周到，給了我們很多出行建議。小院裏品茶，舒適愜意。二層的“天空之鏡”拍照效果極佳，幾天相處已成朋友，下次來騰沖再來這裏。

騰沖一直想來的地方，之前訂古鎮的房間，後來考慮到怕亂，就選擇了集美，酒店位於安靜別墅區，交通便利，去哪都方便，打車也不貴，小區裏丶酒店民宿就是一個大花園，房間乾淨，陽光充足，設施齊全，備有針線包，坐在露台上喝茶，別提多悠哉，早餐品種齊全，天天都能吃到餌絲，美女老闆娘與我們相處成了朋友，每天為我們推薦行程，幾天裏，去了許多旅行團都不去的地方，美！！！出門下雨，幫我們收衣服，東西找不到，幾個人幫忙找，臨走前一天，美女老闆娘開車帶我們吃了當地有名小吃燒肉米線，我們還在酒店公共廚房炒了幾個菜，烙了北方家常餅，晚上帶我們去泡了洞山温泉，騰沖是一個來了不想走的地方，美女姐姐再見，感謝！！！選擇集美，不虛此行！！！

房間寬敞明亮，佈局也好。洗漱用品及床上用品都是一流的，含的早餐多樣化也很實在，入住體驗：非常舒適和寧靜，我會推薦家人及朋友來到騰沖一定入住這家酒店。

這個小區應該有點年份了，房間有點老舊，不過環境還是不錯的，每個户型都不同，我們訂了兩套房，在不同棟小別墅。
有免費早餐，室內沒有温泉泡，用積分換的歡迎水果也是沒有的，問了説幫我補上，然而卻沒有。不過在這裏拍照還是挺出片的。

腳墊在一個小區裏，位置很安靜，停車位也很充足。外面的綠化非常不錯，有很多花花樹樹，房間非常大，個性化的裝修，小孩子很是喜歡，房子裏的設施也很齊全。取暖設備，新風設備，一應俱全

民宿在一片別墅區裏，非常安靜。房間乾淨衞生，佈置的非常雅緻，床腳的兩個樹樁可以用來掛衣服。服務周到。

房間帶温泉水，夠燙！每天限供300升温泉水，添上涼水，兩池欠些，一池用不完；普通熱水24小時供應，水壓夠大。被褥乾淨，每天打掃，智能馬桶 電視，插座夠多，帶個小陽台，有遮陽棚可渴茶聊天。老闆服務周到熱情，隨叫隨到，提供機場接送。這裏離熱海景區 火山景區都有直達車，外出各路公交車也都不遠，一站地處有個較大的忠信超市，夠物也很方便。
