酒店臨街，後院有專屬停車場，有10個車位，車從側街開進去，人從後門可進酒店。前台服務熱情，房間寬敞明亮，衞生間熱水量很大，空調功率大效果好。

酒店位置在熱海路上，交通便利，自有停車場有10個車位，門前路邊畫有停車位可以停車，所以停車方便且不收費。酒店房間設施陳舊欠裝修，但空調非常給力，熱水也好，床品乾淨，房間寬敞。樓下餐飲方便，周邊早餐、正餐可有很多選擇。酒店接待團隊，人多時，一部電梯忙不過來，沒有團隊就非常好了。

房間非常乾淨，老闆非常熱情，服務很好，停車專門有人指揮，位置在城區，離主要景點都很近，交通方便，晚上睡覺也很安靜。

房間有被升等，整體是不錯，離酒店走路6~7分鐘有菜市場，附近及沿路，對面馬路都有多間餐館小吃。
缺點: 因晚班機要求延期退房，有答應延至兩點，但WIFI卻在早上過後就無法使用，雖然自己也有購買網卡使用網路，但還沒到正常退房時間，卻限制WiFi使用，給人的感覺就是減分。
