位置在小區比較裏面，需要爬一段坡才能到; 房間特別整潔乾淨，房間的風格剛進來的時候感覺有點兒奇怪，因為入口和窗户的位置不同尋常，但是入住進去感覺蠻好的，感覺很多細節蠻用心的，周邊環境比較安靜，價格也很實惠，內部忘記拍照了，下圖片是附近城區的照片，總之就是挺不錯的，值得推薦哦

房間和圖片一致 ，裝修風格很喜歡 ，各種設施佈置精美 ，衞生very乾淨 ,入住放心，周邊交通出行方便 距離和順和滇西抗戰紀念館疊水河瀑布這些都很近，隔音好 空調涼爽 一整晚都睡得很安穩，老闆還會細心地接待，下次還會選擇這家民宿

位置很好找，市中心的別墅，安靜還方便停車，周邊出行吃飯都方便，大姐煮的餌絲很好吃，一家人住的套房，很大很寬敞，環境很好很滿意！

花園民宿 就在市中心，離機場也很近， 是個小別墅，從外面到裏面的環境非常好，民宿的設施很好，有家的感覺，民宿環境衞生也比較乾淨，隔音效果很好，比較安靜。工作人員的服務非常好，老闆，老闆娘很熱情，早上的早餐乾淨，餌絲的味道槓槓滴，出進市中心很方便，以後有朋友到騰沖來旅遊 度假，一定選擇住他們家。

優點：1.地點出行方便，吃飯方便。2.有陽台。3.有智能馬桶。4.便宜。
缺點：1.衞生間上邊一個方向是未封閉的，用布簾擋，與室外同温度。衞生間燈在馬桶側，洗漱和淋浴區無燈，有一半的陰影。衞生間鏡子和淋浴器上的水垢很明顯。2.不隔音，能聽到隔壁空調啟動的聲音。3.老闆對生活常識問題缺乏基本的理解能力和解決問題的能力。一個跳閘問題兩天解決。出現問題老闆默認是住户用電問題，還是在我多次建議下，第3天晚上老闆娘約人看了總電路，是電線已經非常老化造成的。老闆娘後面説了不好意思，老闆無反饋。再思考一下，這種解決問題的思路，本質上對服務這件事情理解可能有偏差。
綜上，建議冬天不住，不連續住。

幫朋友預訂的房間，朋友到民宿後感覺就非常好，這家民宿在市中心的一個小山坡上，民宿外面的環境 設施 衞生都非常好，民宿的老闆也非常熱情，到達房間後老闆還為我們準備了水果，很是感謝😊 以後到騰沖還會選擇他家入住。
