這次第二次投宿騰沖悦榕莊。青山環抱，竹樹密佈，溪流淙淙，啼鳥聲聞，温泉水暖，美食可口。更有貼心服務，無微不至。前台女孩小楊，把入住出行安排得十分周到，令騰沖度假，意猶未盡。

一句話形容我的心情，價格高到無服務的"民宿"。一點都看不出品牌服務和專業性。
這是第二次嘗試這個品牌，我衹能説，我輕敵啦😂第一次黃山悦榕莊好歹是乾淨的，有環境的。這次的，連這一點都木有。。。這個品牌到底怎麼啦？
我也不想説好壞啦，衹是説，願意出錢住悦榕莊的，建議再花一點點，直接選石頭記（兩家相比，差距天上地下），或者少花點選個其他平價的，花錢在騰沖悦榕莊真的沒有半分是值得的。如果實在要有推薦理由，就是我家人長者在屋裡私湯，因為地滑（設計➕清理不衞生）摔傷膝蓋，酒店半夜提供了雲南白葯和碘伏。其他的，我想不出為啥要選擇這裏。。。
腦殼痛，今年這張榕行卡怎麼花出去。。。

真的是遠超預期！酒店坐落在瑪御谷小鎮 環境很好 活動也很豐富 可以去野趣園 隴下溪探險 也可以參加101的各種活動 酒店的餐食也很棒 房間內和公區的温泉也很舒服 最重要的是 這裏每個服務人員都很好 尤其是我的管家belle和小鄭！非常滿意！

酒店整體面積不算大，但處處都舒服美好，人少到像世外桃源，温泉室內室外都有，餐食是我沒想到的好吃，無論是下午茶還是早餐還是牛肝菌雞煲，真的太好吃了！唯一唯一的缺點就是房間略顯悶，很多窗户沒有紗窗開不了。

騰沖玩了兩天 訂悦榕莊太對了 來之前看了些不好的評論 還有些忐忑 實測下來 開業雖有些時間 但房間維護的不錯 衞生細節很好 接待我們的管家小黃 無微不至的關懷 有什麼問題找他 省心 下次來騰沖還是找小黃住悦榕莊 最後酒店的餐飲味道都不錯 價格可以接受 住的幾天都在酒店解決晚餐

我要怎麼評價呢？性價比確實很低，1、三千多一晚的悦榕莊沒有露台或者院子。本來想升級別墅房型，結果帶我們去看一股沒有打掃過的黴味，裏面的小池塘更是臟的不忍直視。2、空調問題很大，因為温差較大，晚上開28度依舊冷的受不了，而且反饋管家後再無下文。3、泡池沒有水位線監督功能，一個不留意直接水漫出來直接流進房間了。4、地上太滑了，如果有水在地上很容易滑倒。5、對比悦榕莊系列房間基礎房型三千多確實很貴，也可能騰沖的物價確實很貴。6、環境還可以，大部分工作人員態度還是很熱情。
