沒有空調，冷的不行，説是有移動電暖。晚上剛進屋，試用一下電暖還沒過一會就停了，聯繫管家，管家説是聯繫人問問，掛了電話就沒在打回來，也就沒有解決這個事。聯繫網上店家電話，因為有一個電暖有問題想讓換個電暖，也沒給人換，冷的不行想讓加個電暖説是怕跳閘。房子大了。冬天晚上温度下降電暖作用就不大，更別説還有一個電暖一會就停了。家人起來就凍感冒。移動電暖晚上聲音還很大，影響人休息。總體來説，除了周圍環境還行沒有什麼其他優點。地點不好找，網上掛的名字搜出導航跟實際的名宿有一定距離。服務一般，房間出了問題什麼也解決不了，除了電話聯繫，根本找不到人，更沒人來給你解決。覺得及浪費時間開車過來，還把人凍的睡了一夜，不建議長者孩子天冷時候過來，太受罪。

周邊環境不錯，房間很驚喜，設施齊全乾凈，關鍵是聯繫的客服和管家周到貼心。本來準備衹住一天，專門退了城裡的酒店續住。

去之前是打電話確認説有沒有温泉，告訴説有温泉開車四分鐘，遠一點的開車二十分鐘到，結果到了以後吃飯不方便，根本遠近都沒有温泉，房間裏面的客廳冷的不行，雖然開了暖氣，浴室冷天根本不能洗澡，服務人員倒是很熱情，但是感覺耽誤一天時間

非常完美的酒店，獨棟別墅，一層有一個卧室，二樓有兩個卧室，每個卧室都有衞生間，還有個小院子，別墅周圍的環境也非常好，有一個農場，一個小童樂園、水上樂園，就在棲花嶺景區，到火山、黑魚河、濕地都不遠。不僅如此，服務人員的服務非常好，有問題立馬解決，每天收拾房間很乾凈，大大的贊！

有車來這裏更方便一些，門口是大龍井古鎮，環境優美停車方便，安靜，公區非常大，還帶我們看老闆兒家的羊駝，房間都有地暖，在小院曬太陽很舒服，做飯什麼都備用齊全，管家有求必應，每天都會來打掃衞生，非常棒的度假區，推薦
