I feel sorry for the staff.] The location is very good, the environment is quiet, the transportation is convenient, it has its own parking lot, the rooms are neat and spacious, the service staff are enthusiastic and responsive, and during the peak hours of laundry/takeout in the evening, even the logistics uncle joins the delivery team. 🔥 Especially the girl on the night shift front desk, who is always busy replenishing laundry supplies and room service. While busy, her attitude is still friendly and gentle. 🌸The room allocation is not very good. The households on the left and right are from a travel group. They always open the door to chat, play cards, and play games on the microphone, especially towards the terrace, where children are running and jumping on the outdoor plastic wood flooring. It's very noisy (all the view rooms have one large terrace, separated by a hollow fence). It even makes a dripping sound when it rains. 🌧 The terrace and the drying rooms of residents in the opposite community are visible to the naked eye, which is a bit awkward. Overall, it's safer to choose a regular family room than to pay the extra price for a terrace room. 😔 The third-floor hot spring has multiple pools of different temperatures, which are constantly circulating and clean, making it a great and convenient place to burn off energy with children. However, the water quality is not as good after repeated filtration. If you want to experience the unique characteristics of Tengchong hot springs, you still have to go outside (Yongle Hot Spring Village, which also uses carbonated springs, has excellent sulfur springs and geothermal fumigation cucumber greens. The fresh carbonated springs form dense, tiny bubbles on the skin's surface, preventing wrinkles on fingers and toes after a long soak, and leaving the skin noticeably smooth). The staff seemed to have no good way to stop people from smoking in the lobby and at the door. There was always a smell of cigarettes in the public area on the first floor. I've heard other guests complain about this. The hotel experience is an important part of travel. I personally like detailed and truthful review records. When I checked out, the front desk guy wanted to give a good review immediately and took a photo to record my review. As a fellow worker, I understand the pressure of work but don't like being urged to give good reviews. The leaders want to improve the reviews. Instead of focusing on getting good reviews, why not look at how Baoshan Four Seasons does it? I've stayed in many different hotels in Yunnan, and this is the only one that deserves a good review. For a price of 500+ to 700+ per night, the only toiletries are shampoo and shower gel, and conditioner is required separately. I had to go to the front desk to get it, and the only drinking water I got was a triangular crushed leaf tea bag. There was no welcome fruit or late-night snack (the budget-friendly Haiyou next door even provided late-night fruit and yogurt).
