Fácil acesso entrada da cidade , estacionamento próprio, recepção atenciosa, quarto amplo com o básico, cama Queen , academia mínima # 01 esteira apenas; piscina pequena no terraço, pool bar anexo duas mesas, café da manhã boa qualidade em todos ítens.. fica destaque do hotel.

O Hotel Capital das Pedras nos surpreendeu pelo conforto e limpeza. Local de fácil acesso e com ótimo estacionamento. Sem dúvida é o melhor de Teófilo Otoni. A cama king era super confortável, com travesseiros excelentes e ainda tinha uma TV bem grande no quarto. A academia e o café da manhã são muito bons. Enfim, fiquei satisfeita com a qualidade do hotel. Recomendo a todos que estiverem de passagem pela cidade.

Hotel é bom, tem instalações ok. A área do restaurante é do café da manhã é pequena. O hotel quando estive estava bem cheio e, era meio desagradável tomar o café com tantas pessoas aguardando. O hotel é bom para quem está de passagem de carro, atendeu até que bem minha família.

Hotel muito recomendado por todos. Ao realizar o check in fomos avisados que não haveria água no hotel a partir das 9h de domingo. Questionamos na hora o motivo de não termos sido avisados com antecedência, já que a reserva foi realizada com muita antecedência diretamente no site do hotel, mas o funcionário disse que era necessário. Ficamos na dúvida se a falta de água era na cidade e resolvemos questionar no sábado, e a funcionária disse que era uma manutenção para melhorar a água para os hóspedes. Ok, mas pq não fecharam a diária no sábado e não dispensaram as hospedagens de uma forma geral? A resposta: a manutenção não estava programada, mas é necessária. Não tenho do que reclamar do atendimento, pois todos foram muito educados e simpáticos. O quarto de fato era muito bom, resssalva para a iluminação fraca e falta de pontos de tomadas. A roupa de cama estava limpa, toalhas de qualidade e uma limpeza boa, mas a falta de água nos decepcionou, considerando que íamos pegar estrada de volta e pretendíamos descansar um pouco mais, mas sem água era impossível ficar.

Foi uma excelente escolha!!! Hotel aconchegante, recepcionista muito simpática e atenciosa. O quarto ótimo, com uma cama muito confortável e com banheiro no tamanho ideal. Café da manhã completo , muito bom e muito farto. Recomendo Recomendo!
