Awful stay. Do not recommend do stay there. Pictures does not represent the reality - it’s by a road and pool closes at 19:30 and you need a swim hat in the pool otherwise not allowed to swim…and dinner only served 19:30-20:30. No activities for kids . You do not feel welcome at all, staff in the reception look at you and speak to you in a very impolite manner. Old fashioned style. Do not stay there- go to city center if Abano terme and get a 5 star for the same price. We went there cause if was close to a kid golf course. Breakfast poor and not good at all. Had to pay extra to get eggs…

Buon hotel, personale gentile e disponibile. Piscine belle immerse nella natura con tutti gli idromassaggi funzionanti (non è scontato). Punto debole la Spa, da rivedere. La grotta funzionante correttamente. La Bio grotta è totalmente insignificante (infatti non ci va nessuno). La richiesta di € 30 per un check out oltre le 11 è esagerata (in genere gli hotel chiedono dai € 15 ai € 20 a persona ). MANCA UNA SAUNA IN LEGNO come in tutte le Spa.

Una bella esperienza con amiche. Camera spaziosa e bella vista sulle piscine e i colli Euganei. Locali puliti, camere pulite e piscine pulite. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimo il bistro La Piazza, per un aperitivo o pranzo veloce. Peccato per la sauna ma per il resto la spa mi è piaciuta molto. Ottima posizione per l’hotel, non in mezzo agli altri hotel o case ma in una zona verde e silenziosa

Buongiorno, in questo hotel ci eravamo già stati una prima volta qualche anno fa e vi eravamo trovati bene. Mio marito aveva prenotato a Natale per un weekend del 22/23 febbraio e purtroppo non siamo potuti andarci per motivi di salute.Pertanto abbiamo più volte contattato albergo il venerdì 21febbraio chiedendo di poter spostare la data al weekend successivo ma loro non hanno avuto la minima disponibilità. Hanno preso i sei €150,00 di caparra senza venirci incontro. Purtroppo hanno perso due clienti

We con la moglie per S.Valentino. Scegliamo questa struttura per un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Effettivamente la struttura, sia per il servizio camere che per il servizio clienti e’ di buon livello. Il reparto Terme di livello eccellente. Unica nota negativa è il servizio ristorante che non è allineato come prestazioni al contesto. Professionalità ed organizzazione da rivedere (alle 9.00 della mattina, in pieno breakfast, non si può attendere 15 minuti per rifornire beacon e prosciutto crudo). Nel complesso esperienza da ripetere.

Sono stata con la mia famiglia per il day spa durante la settimana. Ambiente pulito, piscine e Spa con poca gente, spazi e servizi confortevoli. Possibilità di pranzare al bistrot anche con piatti vegani, ottimo servizio al tavolo. Tutto il personale gentile e professionale! Ci torneremo sicuramente

Una Spa con servizi mediocri . Piscina piccola lettini tutti occupati la grata di plastica dell’entrata piscina si sposta e inciampi piastrelle che si staccano ma…… SOPRATTUTTO devi noleggiare gli asciugamani e accappatoi e non c’è NULLA. da bere , The o acqua come tutte le Spa ma per favore ……. Andate al Relilax a Montegrotto costa meno e Vi danno tutto incluso anche da bere. Evitate di andarci , va bene x i tedeschi

Ottima struttura, ben tenuta, e pulita, a disposizione ristorante e un bistrot dove poter mangiare a pranzo, piscine termali, vasto spazio per ombrelloni e sdraio, a disposizione medici, e se volete coccolarvi un pò, è possibile, effettuare massaggi o trattamenti estetici unico neo, l'aria condizionata in camera un pò rumorosa.
