We arrived when there was no electricity. Understandably the food options were limited, but also the bar was not stocked. They had almost no wine, part of which was already vinegar, and they had only one bottle of water. The room had no internet, no TV signal, and the air conditionining went off constantly. Breakfast was included in the price, but at checkout the personnel claimed that it is continental only. No continental breakfast was offered, and they charged for what was on the breakfast menu. Finally, they overcharged my credit card in MXN (my reservation was quoted in EUR). Throughout the stay, the service was very rude. Also, the village center is pretty far - this is at the end of a cul-de-sac.

Simplemente me encantó!!!! Es un lugar como mágico la decoración es increíble! Fuimos en un viaje con familia y tuvimos una estadía muy linda!!!! Edith y Jessica estuvieron muy atentas y la atención muy personalizada. El hotel es tipo boutique muy acogedor y estuvimos muy agusto! Cómo estar en una casa de lujo! La ubicación es muy buena, caminando del centro sin estar en medio del bullicio. La cama es súper cómoda!

Llegamos no cerraba la puerta de la habitación quedaron en arreglarla dejamos maletas. Regresamos 10 pm. Nunca arreglaron nada, adicional había bichos en la tina y eso que rentamos disque de luxe. El estacionamiento un tema no caben los autos. Ahí déjelo no pasa nada…. Pues nos regresamos a media noche con el riesgo de la carretera. Cero recomendable

El servicio es amable pero definitivamente no el de un hotel, el estacionamiento es diminuto, se escuchan todos y cada uno de los ruidos de las habitaciones (si saben a lo que me refiero), las habitaciones no tienen a/c ni ventilación adecuada, olor a humedad, manchas raras en colchones incómodos, arañas violinistas en la regadera y falta de higiene en general. No cumple en lo absoluto con 4 estrellas, ni tendría porque tener ese precio, no volvería, ni recomendaría. Mi estancia fue de una noche y no fue para nada lo que esperaba, estuve a punto de regresarme en la madrugada.
