Terelj Hotel & Spa

Be careful. I left my wallet at a restaurant after dinner. All the dollars are gone in my wallet. I was the last customer that evening at the restaurant. And In the wallet, my business card, Credit card with my name on it But he took all the dollars, left the Mongolian money behind. I sent an email… but couldn't get it back. It was a pity that it happened at the best hotel in Mongolia….. 조심하세요.. 저녁 식사 후 지갑을 레스토랑에 놓고 왔습니다. 지갑에 있던 달러는 다 없어졌어요. 저는 그날 저녁 마지막 손님이었어요. 지갑에는 명함과 이름이 적힌 신용카드가 있었어요. 체크인할때 여권을 제출해서 충분히 찾아줄 수 있었지만 지갑속 달러를 다 가져가고 몽골 돈만 남겨두었어요. 이메일을 보냈지만 돌려받지 못했어요. 몽골 최고의 호텔에서 일어난 안타까운 일입니다.

I brought 70 people to Terelj for a week long convention studded with excursions and learning programs. Everyone at Terelj did their best to accommodate our wishes and necessities. Including the last minute organization of an outdoorsy cooking competition Masterchef style. Two stars really excelled in this firmament of kindness. Nadaiv, the general manager, who went to great lengths to ensure our stay be seamless; and Arun, the outstanding chef, who every day at every meal would oversee all the kitchen operations to ensure to my people that their food in such a remote country and location was in fact the best it could be. And it was. Such excellent and caring experience deserve all the stars it can get.

A lot of things were good about the stay but I'd say the best thing about the experience would be Chef Aurun and how friendly and helpful he was, not to mention his great cooking! The service overall was great and the people were friendly, i would recommend

Wonderful hotel: warm and professional staff, spectacular views of the river and mountains, beautiful cuisine and clean rooms. The spa and pool were lovely. We met the manager who was super attentive and welcoming. Every detail was attended to. We had an excellent stay. Highly recommended.

We loved this exquisite hotel. We were treated like royalty by the staff. The indoor pool is beautiful. The hotel is located next to the river. The interior is tastefully decorated with high end furnishings, millions of dollars in relics and art - a unique hotel.

It is always with pleasure that I keep revisiting the hotel in anticipation of a very warm welcome from front desk staff, Chef Arun Singh's delectable delights and the wonderful relaxing spa treatment. The F& B manager is most attentive and ensures a warm welcome every time I have visited the hotel. It would be an even better experience if the room service staff ensure that supplies in the room like tea, coffee and powdered milk are taken care of though I really love the turned down beds and chocolate treats at the end of the day.
