Non è il cibo di scarsa qualità , poca varietà ed originalità; non è la struttura rimasta agli anni 70 a meritarsi una stella ma la totale mancanza di ospitalità, gentilezza ed educazione di tutto il personale : presuntuosi, razzisti e per nulla meritevoli di essere italiani e incapaci di gestire più di 3 famiglie.

Nach schöner Wanderung wollten wir im Restaurant essen. Wir bestellten Pizza Rucola und gebratenes Gemüse mit gegrillter Käsespezialität. Mit dem gedeckten Besteck in Dünnblechqualität schmerzten im Falle der Pizza rasch die Finger. Das Gemüse war hauchdünn geschnitten und so wenig, dass ich diesen "Kinderteller" reklamierte. Er sollte ein Hauptgericht sein. Freundlicherweise erhielt ich im Anschluss kostenlos einen zweiten Gemüseteller als Mengenausgleich sowie ordentliche Messer. Allerdings bestand der zweite Gemüseteller allein aus geschnittenen Paprika, die auf dem Grill zu heiß und zu kurz flambiert worden waren und verbrannt schmeckten. Der Grillkäse war in Ordnung und die Bedienung hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Già ospite l’anno passato con la vecchia gestione, sono tornato trovandomi a conoscere la nuova gestione. Un consiglio: chiedere come si fa a quelli di prima . Non solo io ma quasi tutti gli ospiti hanno trovato il cibo fi qualità più scadente, l’antipasto triste con quelle sole insalatine( presenti anche per il chiamiamolo cenone del 31 di cui avete preteso un sovrapprezzo di 40 euro rispetto alla già pagata mezza pensione). Sempre riguardo al cenone, niente menu bambini, calice su ogni tavolo , rimasto vuoto salvo se uno prendeva del vino a pagamento ( ma un prosecco almeno no eh?!). E chi non aveva prenotato con la vecchia gestione si è visto aumentare molto la cifra giornaliera.. insomma, pur nella sufficienza del luogo e della gentilezza del personale, il rapporto qualità /prezzo è davvero peggiorato dall’anno passato. Spero siano solo le incertezze dell’inizio

Prenotato in GENNAIO per soggiorno 15.8, tramite Booking, ed inviata anche una seconda mail a cui mi avevano risposto confermando l'aggiunta della cena, il 15.8 mattina mi contattano dicendomi che la prenotazione è stata cancellata perché non hanno posto. Da GENNAIO me lo dite la mattina stessa del soggiorno?!?! Mi avete lasciato il 15 di agosto a vagare invano alla ricerca di un altro hotel senza cercare di risolvere il problema che voi stessi avete creato!!! INCOMPETENTI E SCORRETTI!!!
