Todos os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos, o café da manhã é delicioso, o quarto é muito confortável, o chuveiro é excelente pra uma ducha relaxante após uma trilha no parque nacional. Tem uma área externa, tipo um jardim para tirar fotos, fica praticamente no centro da cidade, tem mercado, farmácia, restaurantes à um quarteirão de distância.

Boa noite/ bom dia a todos! Utilizei o benefício viagem com a minha família na Pousada Oásis, em Teresópolis. Para mim foi muito bom, bem pertinho do Centro da cidade ( 8 reais de Uber até o shopping Teresópolis) os quartos confortáveis, amplos, limpos e quentinhos. Os lençóis estavam com cheirinho de amaciante, tudo limpinho. O café da manhã variado gostoso e com bolos caseiros. As meninas da cozinha super simpáticas, perguntando se queríamos ovos mexidos ( muito bom). Os recepcionistas muito atenciosos. Ali próximo, tem uma praça, um restaurante self service, padaria e farmácia. No último dia conhecemos as donas da pousada que foram muito solícitas e simpáticas. Enfim, foi uma excelente experiência. Recomendo.

Poderia ser melhor, mas a cama e dura e pequena , sem lençol é apenas uma colcha áspera e a iluminação de lanchonete fria e sem aconchego não conquista - papel higiênico de péssima qualidade- a limpeza é boa , café razoável e atendimento bom!!!

Super recomendo a pousada. Funcionários extremamente atenciosos e educados. Quarto amplo e organizado. Café da manhã com bastante variedades. Estacionamento próprio. Localização excelente. Certamente voltarei para desfrutar dos encantos de Teresópolis.
