Excelent experience, perfect to make a Family trip. You have a lot of activities, for children for adults and for the entire family. The food, and the attention of the hotel is great, and the pool is always warm and ready for you to get inside at anytime.

A great location for accessing all the highlights in the Santa Elena/Monteverde area. The lodges are excellent. Well furnished and comfortable. We saw plenty of animals and birds in the grounds and on the trails. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel does not offer any catering. The lodges have functional kitchens and fresh produce is available onsite - for free! There is a good breakfast place almost opposite the entrance, and two excellent restaurants (Thomas & Thiago and Don Luis) are 5 minutes walk away. We loved Los Pinos!

This is the second year in a row that we go. A beautiful place, good weather, quality meals, excellent staff. They are all professionals in their field. Jorge who served us all the lunches, the boys and girls from the Bars, reception, the incredible entertainment, Ova, Tucu and Anita along with the rest whose names I don't remember. There are contests and those who win have a boucher to exchange for the next stay. It's real because I stayed one more day using the prize. Impeccable cleaning. International level hotel. Congratulations to all your staff and thank you for your attention.

We had a rotavirus that ruined our stay, the same thing also happened to several other families. We had vomiting and diarrhea that was caused by a virus that was evidently in the hotel. The hotel sent us a doctor and we were well cared for but the contamination problem was present, in fact my room, if it was not properly disinfected, will surely cause contagion to whoever comes later to occupy it. It was a shame not to have been able to enjoy the comforts and food of the all inclusive
