EXCELENTE HOTEL en todos los aspectos: limpieza, estructura, organizaciòn, ropa blanca, entretenimiento y la novedad el circuito hidrico, lo màs. Agradecemos a todo el personal y, en especial a Steven Medina quien nos hizo la reserva, exclte atenciòn via mail y telefono. Un cariño para los chicos de entretenimiento: Irma, Florencia, las dos Pamelas, L.Matìas y Luis, unos genios todos y los chicos del Circuito Hidrico, espectacular y a Karen que siempre me corta el cabello. Fue nuestro segundo año en este Hotel y volveremos. Como sugerencia, la carta de comidas del año anterior estaba màs variada y en ocasiones mejor cocina. VOLVEREMOS.

I found a roach in the food one day and a piece of steel wool in my food the following day. I conplain about it but I got no responses just an scarce apology. The rest of the services are pretty good.

MUY BUEN HOTEL, CON HABITACIONES EXELENTES Y CON CAMAS SUPER COMODAS, LOS BAÑOS INSTALADOS APTOS PARA TODAS LAS EDADES CON AGUAS TERMALES. HAY ENTRETENIMIENTO EN LA PISCINA Y LAS PISCINAS SON BELLISIMAS. NO DEJES DE DARTE MASAJES Y HACER EL CIRTCUITO HIDRICO

FUIMOS 5 NOCHES, TIEMPO SUFICIENTE PARA TERMAS, LA HABITACION MUY COMFORTABLE . ROPA DE CAMA, TOALLAS, BATAS, TODO MUY LIMPIO Y LA MUCAMA SIEMPRE ATENTA A LAS NECESIDADES. EL PERSONAL EN GENERAL INCLUYENDO LA ANIMACION, SIMPATICOS Y AMABLES. LAS INSTALACIONES BIEN CONSERVADAS, A PESAR DE QUE ALGUNOS DIAS EL CLIMA NO AYUDO PUDIMOS DISFRUTAR DE LOS SERVICIOS QUE BRINDAN, ESTÁ TODO PUESTO PARA NO TENER NECESIDAD DE SALIR DEL HOTEL. EL SERVICIO DE GASTRONOMÍA ES MUY BUENO EN GENERAL, PARA MI GUSTO AL DESAYUNO LE FALTA UNA ESTRELLA, EL CAFE (IMPORTANTE MEJORARLO) Y HAY VARIAS COSITAS QUE LE FALTA. El hotel es lindo, con instalaciones bien cuidadas y buena limpieza en general. Sin embargo, notamos algunos detalles a mejorar en la limpieza de la piscina y en los circuitos de agua. El personal, en su mayoría, es amable y los chicos de recreación realmente se esfuerzan para que pases un buen momento. La comida podría mejorar en variedad y calidad. También notamos que los fines de semana o en días con mucha gente, la experiencia se vuelve bastante incómoda, especialmente a la hora de comer.

El hotel cumple acabadanente con lo que uno espera de un establecimiento de esta categoría. Su estructura edilicia y ubicaciòn son inmejorables. Los espacios comunes son amplios, poseen una decoraciòn de tono clásico con amoblamientos de calidad . Las habitaciones son cómodas .El baño está acondicionado para hacer uso de agua termal. Las camas son cómodas con amplia selecciòn de almohadas. El sector de piscinas es enorme, bien mantenidas, con recreación para todas las edades. Asi mismo el hotel ofrece shows musicales con prestigiosos artistas locales que "alargan" la noche disfutándolos. Donde el hotel NO está a la altura es en su propuesta gastronòmica. Carta básica,porciones minimalistas en tamaño y baja calidad de sus materias primas hacen que la proverbial simpatìa de sus colaboradores no puedan disimular esta realidad. Los platos parecen haber pasado por un estricto control de costos y producidos en serie. El desayuno también tiene muchas oportunidades de mejora (Mix salado y dulce) Al tratarse de un hotel con pensiòn completa, son detalles mejorables por ciertos pero que impactan al momento de recomendar la estadía.

Restaurante a la carta de mediocre calidad, carnes duras y grasosas, mala cocina, deberían contar con asesoramiento profesional de chefs, cocineros y nutricionistas ya que se ofrece como un lugar vinculado a la salud y bienestar. El Circuito Hidrico debería estar chequeado y guiado por Especialistas de la Salud ya que es frecuentando por adultos mayores.

Nada para mejorar.diez puntos en todo.los chicos de recreación son geniales.las habitaciones muy grandes y confortables.el desayuno más que completo.el restaurante a la carta muy variado y excelente calidad. Quiero destacar la atención de Luis en recreación y del camarero Nicolas que fue muy atento con nosotros
