It is not a 5 star hotel. From the maintenance of the facilities, food and amenities is for a 3 or 4. First I was given a room that lacked maintenance and overlooked a wall. The corridor from the lobby to the wing I was in had no air. The worst thing was to see that while the kids and people were in the pools, the maintenance people were fixing the jacuzzi with a power cord that passed between the pools. Safety and common sense 0.

Definitely the best hotel in Uruguay. I am a local and have stayed at many hotels in the country and this one is by far the best one. The location is excellent to relax as it's literally in the middle of the countryside. The route arriving to the hotel is very bad but fortunately, as of August 2022, they have just started fixing it. We did almost every activity offered by the hotel: pool games, cinema, horseback riding and biking. They were excellent! The food is amazing. Usually buffets don't serve good quality food but in this hotel it was superb. I am a chef and i was very critical with the food but i couldn't find any problem. I will definitely go back!

Pasamos unas minivacaciones de lujo. El hotel es espectacular en todos los aspectos. El personal súper amable y simpático. Las instalaciones muy lindas y limpias. Las piscinas, espectaculares. Sobre todo las dos más grandes que además son profundas. Esas nos encantaron. También la techada que tiene un parte descubierta, donde se ven las puestas del sol y además está en una zona más tranquila. El lago con sus botecitos a pedal y sus canoas se disfruta mucho. La gastronomía es muy buena, con una alta calidad de productos. Además se valora mucho que las pastas sean variadas y que las hagan en el momento, lo mismo con la isla de pescados. La parrilla también se destaca. Los desayunos increíbles y las meriendas no se quedan atrás. Los jugos naturales son un plus. Los tragos, delis! Tiene una gran variedad de actividades, para todas las edades. Hasta tomamos clases de golf, la cual nos gustó mucho!!! La verdad que no encontramos nada negativo en nuestra estadía! Pasamos espectacular!!!! Sin lugar a dudas, volveremos!!!

Estuve con amigas en junio. Es un muy lindo hotel, para relajarse. Muy lindo el entorno. Las habitaciones bien, nada lujoso. Creo que le falta iluminación. Tanto en la habitación pero sobre todo en el baño. Las mujeres nos maquillamos!! 😜. Hay un frigobar en la habitación pero solo con agua. En general me gustó el hotel. Me pareció un buen 4 estrellas.

Fuimos de paseo en Junio con mi pareja y me pequeña. El desayuno muy bueno así como el entorno lindo y prolijo. Lo s empleados muy serviciales. Pero estando en las termas nunca me pude bañar en agua caliente ( ni en las piscinas ni en la habitación). Siempre tibia. Nos aconsejaron dejar correr el agua un buen rato antes de bañarnos y ni así hubo forma. La limpieza buena. Falta algo de mantenimiento como mosquiteros, enchufes, etc.

Las instalaciones y servicios del hotel son excelentes. La limpieza de las habitaciones, piscinas, áreas parquizadas y de todo el establecimiento en general, es muy buena. La habitación es muy amplia y confortable (colchón, almohada etc). La variedad de comidas en el restaurante es de excelente calidad y variedad. Las actividades de entretenimiento que tienen durante todo el día y noche están muy bien, desarrolladas por un grupo de personas que son unos genios (ayudo que me toco un grupo de huéspedes muy participativo).

Hotel excepcional, com unas 7 piscinas de diferentes temperaturas, jacuzzis, sauna, spa. Há opção de passeios a cavalo, de bicicleta, de jipe, caminhadas, aulas de hidroginástica, academia, golf... Comidas e bebidas liberadas o dia inteiro. Bar molhado em uma das piscinas. Toalhas e roupões disponíveis sem custo adicional. Equipe muito atenciosa e simpática!
