A surreal experience, arrived in the apartment, although I had requested an extra bed in the second room, the extra bed was in the middle of the living room, I ask to move it and I'm told you do it. In family. A well located hotel with regards to the Chaos and mess of the city. 600 meters from the centre. Not great, very simple. Average clean, but the only thing I feel like rejecting are the mattresses on the beds. In the double there was a pit in the center, in the single, the pit was on the side. Impossible to sleep comfortably. That's the only reason I don't recommend it.

Ottimo residence, personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimi in tutto. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Centrale da tutto, ottimo anche con l’autobus, bellissimo bilocale, posto molto tranquillo e tanti confort, molto comoda la tessera per entrare nella stanza.

Abbiamo deciso di venire a Terni come alternativa a Fiuggi. Appartamento comfortevole, caldo e dotato di tuttto compreso anche un garage sotterraneo al chiuso. Valuteremo un nuovo soggiorno magari fuori dal periodo natalizio per vedere meglio la città e quello che offrono i dintorni.

Ho trovato la struttura molto accogliente e confortevole. Il personale gentile e professionale. Piccole pecche: split per il riscaldamento un pochino rumorosi, nel box doccia aggiungerei una mensolina per poggiare almeno il flacone del bagnoschiuma. Per il resto nulla da eccepire, mi sono trovato bene e lo terrò come riferimento in quella zona.

Großartig, etwas anderes kann man gar nicht sagen!!!!!!! 24 Stunden Rezeption, sehr freundlich, auch Englisch - Check In flott, unkompliziert. Lift vorhanden Das Appartement ausgesprochen geräumig, Wohnraum mit Sitzgruppe und Küchenzeile. Dann kurzer Gang mit WC und Bad. Am Ende das Schlafzimmer mit breitem Doppelbett, sehr guten Matratzen, nicht zu hart, nicht zu weich!!!WiFi kostenlos! Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Sehr sehr sauber, stilvoll, gepflegt.Top!!! Große Fenster, gelegen in einer ruhigen Gegend von Terni, dennoch zentrumsnahe!!Parkmöglichkeiten direkt in der Strasse, kostenlos! Das Appartement verfügt über 2 extra einstellbare Klima Anlagen, Wohnraum/Küche und Schlafzimmer! Ebenso über 2(!)Flatscreen Fernseher in den gleichen Zimmern wie Aircondition! Frühstück kann man mit pro Person € 2,- zu buchen und man erhält Croissant, Kaffee/Tee, Fruchtsaft direkt auf das Appartement gebracht, zu jeder Zeit,,(!)je nach Wunsch!!!!! Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder, hätten gerne längere Zeit dort verbracht! Großartig!!! Supermarkt direkt daneben! Preis Leistung Verhältnis genial! Terni hat kleine, hübsche Altstadt, Flaniermeile, aber auch hervorragend für das Erkunden von Umbrien!Todi, Spoleto, Perugia, Assisi, auch Roma (1einhalb Stunden,,), oder auch Viterbo, La Aquila (Abruzzen), Umland top zum bergwandern oder mountainbiken,!!!!
