"The facilities were stylish and nice. Although it was a bunker bed, the floor height was high, so there was no inconvenience when using the lower floor. It was nice that each bed had blinds. When I went there, I heard a voice, so I knocked and called someone. A male employee whom I had never seen before asked me to wait a bit, so I waited, but 10 minutes had passed. Since I had to walk a long distance, I thought I would have to give up breakfast, so I went back to that gate. ‘I am a guest. We were informed that we could have breakfast at 6 o'clock. My journey has been delayed. I would like a refund for breakfast.' I told him to wait until the manager came. He said he would come down soon..
