Aging hotel with hints of a by gone era. Staff are friendly and helpful though English may be lacking (just a heads up to have your favorite translator app working). Breakfast is ok but options are limited in the area. The onsen facilities are great. Overall I think I got value for what I paid for.

Although the hotel facilities are a bit simple, the hot spring bathing experience is good, and there is free sake and unlimited drinks. The scenery next to the hotel is beautiful, but the breakfast is a bit simple!

The room is Japanese style and very large. There is a mattress on the tatami, so it doesn't feel uncomfortable. The hotel has its own hot spring bath, which guests can use for free. The breakfast is also good
