We took bus from Ohrid to Tetovo.Mercure hotel tetovo is about 9 minutes walking distance from bus station.big mall beside it and a big supermarket near it too about 1 minute walk.So location is very strategic for tourists.Room is big and clean .heater,TV is provided.breskfast not much choices as a five star hotel.But pasta and fry mushroom is very delicious.you may walk to colourful mosque about 20 minutes.Will stay again if come again to tetovo

+ Modern pleasant design
+ super clean
+ friendly staff
+ large shopping center in the same building, also a very large supermarket right next door 50 meters
+ Breakfast with a very large selection
+ spacious rooms and bathrooms
+ very comfortable beds
- The only point of criticism is that if you come later for breakfast, the warm dishes (e.g. scrambled eggs) are often only lukewarm or very occasionally even very cold. The quality of the breakfast is excellent, but keeping it warm needs some work
Otherwise gladly again, I can only recommend the hotel altogether

Reception-Team very kind and professional Restaurant Malabana where the breakfast is, at least max a 3 Star Restaurant... - Poor service - Insufficient hygiene on the tables and at the buffet - Employee smokes a lot and you can smell it - Tables are unhygienic - Tea and coffee can only be filled in cardboard cups - No spoons at the buffet Can't imagine that this us normal for a restaurant...

Location of the location is great. The room is spacious, with a good view. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast in the restaurant was good and plenty of choices I really enjoyed our short stay here

A nice and calm getaway in this vibrant city! A stunning view from the rooftop where you can get both food during the day and drinks at night while enjoying the city view! As per usual in North Macedonian hotels, also this one wants you to pay when you check in.

The hotel is located right next to a mall, so the area is quite busy. Central location in Tetovo. The hotel is advertised as a five star property. While the rooms and the staff are really nice, a five star hotel should have spa-wellness area... The meeting rooms are OK, but lack some attention from the staff in order to run a proper meeting. Overall, I had a great stay, but some adjustments should be made that reflect the true list of services and amenities.

Ein absolutes Top Hotel mit so freundlichen und kompetenten Mitarbeitern, wie man es in Nord Mazedonien leider sehr selten bis Nie finden wird. Perfekt ausgestattete Zimmer, aber das Personal ist wirklich sensationell. Wenn Tetovo, dann dieses Hotel! Weiter so!!
