Room maintainance is not upto the mark. The bathroom lock is broken. We have ordered for Mutton Kosha in room service while they have served Chicken Kosha. I am a regular traveller so I didn't behave anything negative rather had that food. On complaining they said sorry we were confused. There is no question of getting confused while when I had placed the order they repeat the same and even made such mistake. This type of callousness will defame the hotel.

Vry good for family, centrally located proximity to Chitralekha Uddyan, Agnigarh, Podum pukhuri.. staff behaviour is vry good.. food is good, no issues with parking.. we enjoyed..

The location is good for a late night traveller . Although the parking space is small in size you have to park your car outside in a different complex if it is full already. The food quality is good and atmosphere is clean .

Hotel krc palace is one of the best places to stay at tezpur. This hotel has excellent rooms. They also have a home stay nearby. They have multiple restaurants including one bar. Staff is courteous. One of the best things about this hotel is its location.

The rooms are good. Amenities are well off. Location excellent. Food is good. But the staff need to be reoriented in hospitality. I found their behavior awkward. Right from the front desk onwards. The staff are a bit lenient and would let the hotel down eventually.

Although i had booked for two days, i was forced to check out early due to unforeseen emergency circumstances, resulting in less than a day's stay. As a student, i would greatly appreciate it if you could consider a partial cancellation and provide a refund, given the genuine nature of my reason.

Had booked 2 rooms at KRC Annexe homestay for 14th Nov Upon reaching the property we were denied check in saying only 3 adults and no child are allowed since I didn’t mention it during my booking. We were asked to pay 1000 rupees extra which we denied , One Ms NITA claiming to be the general manager of KRC hotel denied us check in for more than 2 hours. She had no manners or any sense of hospitality even after seeing that we had an infant with us . I was travelling with my family and 14 year and 1 year old baby. After a long 400 kms journey we had to go through lots of trauma. At the end when we were asked to check in I had to carry my own luggage’s and the same during check out. Their rooms were dirty and un unhygienically suffocating with no ventilation or windows. It was full of mosquitoes and dead flies. No mineral water was provided in the room and their linens were full of stain. We were even asked to pay 500 rs as cleaning charges and MS NITA even warned us that even if a spot is found in their linen we have to pay 1000₹ as cleaning charges. Note: This place is not even a homestay .
