The Stay Here is Fantastic with all the Warm Welcoming Services. The property is clean and perfect to spend time with family. Staff here are nice and food has lot of options and my favourite was the Breakfast. Overall had a memorable time here..!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Saya beautiful resort, experience was nothing short of amazing. From the scenes surrounding to well maintained facilities. Everything was perfect. A special mention to Er Fatma who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable

Excellent stay with treat ,all staff are very prompt and professional , they are not doing only job , but they are enjoying their job , specially thanks to sagar bhai and team for his efforts to make our trip memorable ,never comes no from his mouth and if he wants to say no it will be very diplomatic answer , which is totally agreed , his convincing Power is great , genuine guy . Thanks team we really enjoyed .

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality at Saya grand was exceptional. We were greeted with genuine warmth, and Eram Fatima, from front office made sure our check in process was smooth and welcoming. Positive energy set the tone for our entire stay.

Our stay in this beautiful resort was superbb... The staff was really good especially Eram Fatma . Thanks for her warm hospitality. Rooms were so beautiful we booked executive room. Rooms were just perfect. They also offer buggi toy car for going here to there. We loved it.

It was a great and heart warming experience, by zaika restaurant sagar and team, we got very emotional when they brought our anniversary cake with a celebration music, & surprising was that when music started of celebration, I was thinking that, we would have also enjoyed if this music was for us and when they brought cake on our table, I was really surprised, thank tor everything and making my anniversary so special with a love, thank you my all family members in zaika.

I really like the hospitality of the resort ,i specially thanks sagar & team for helping us in every way to make us comfortable and made our trip memorable ,the way they treat me and my family was incredible, gen next hospitality ,even I like the elephant water body near lobby was also eye catching.really enjoyed the stay and 1 stop destination for jain people ....

We were in Treat Resort Thane for 2 days in April , the ambience of lobby and out side fountain with elephant was fantastic, the services rendered by Sagar and Team, was indeed very appreciable and from heart, very professional, well mannered & punctual his ability to assess needs even before I voiced them was amazing and outstanding. His communication skills were of the highest order, in our table he was explaining everything in our own language gujrati, and after finishing our table in next table he was in local language marathi , by his way of talking and answering our all question and also that other table were totally convinced to take 18 + +12 buffet was really surprising, and we really enjoyed the food . We really appreciate & thank him for all his kind word and accountability.
