The stay is super cool and the best part is the staff.. really helpful, friendly and available 24×7. The breakfast was superb and live counter were great... All in all a very good experience Great service makes a great stay and this stay was one of a kind

Namaste.! My name is Vaishnavi Kature, I’m writing to express my shock and disappointment regarding my sudden termination from Fortune Select Exotica ITC Hotel. I had completed my industrial training in Fortune hotel & later when i wanted to make my career in Hospitality Industry. My passion was in bakery department, I joined the Fortune Hotel.. It was the first step to my career. On 09th January 2025, The hotel has organised a picnic to BK Water Park, I was injured during the company picnic and had to take 10days of absence to recover with proper doctors prescriptions. During this time, i was in regular contact with the Chef & HR Executive regarding to my joining formalities. Whichever details he asked, I shared the same in Whatsapp. However it was a suprise, when I have not received any update or any information about my termination from HR, and a new employee was hired to replace me without any notice. So I feel so disappointed , whoever spread roumer about my incorrect information that my injury was fake and I have joined another hotel. I have shared my family contact details to hr, before hiring new joinee they should have confirmed with my family Atleast.

The place , food and service are fabulous - must try . Narayan , Akash and Kehar and other staff took very good care of us . The choice of food and beverage , ambience and lighting was good . One of the best places of Navi Mumbai . I would recommend this place to everyone

Had a fantastic stay at Fortune Exotica Vashi! The front office team—Namrata, Fiza, and Shubham—were extremely cooperative and welcoming, making our experience truly enjoyable. We also hosted a trade meet last year, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us, even at the very last moment. A special thanks to Mr. Ajit, who was always available and ensured everything ran smoothly. Looking forward to many more stays with Fortune Vashi! Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.

Had organised a reception function and booked couple of rooms and banquet. The service by staff was prompt and food was excellent, all guests enjoyed the visit. The service by bartenders was apprecaited.The availability of space , the spread of Food and taste was liked by all. The rooms were decent and services prompt.

Service was best Firoj and Ankith and Santhosh, Hospitality and Food serving and attending the customers was good to be visited again. Recommending to be visited with family. Will be so glad to be part of the event. Enjoyed a lot and the dishes were good.
