A very beautiful and cosy hotel nestled amidst Hiranandani Estate in Thane City, which itself is very beautiful. The entrance and all restaurants are cosy. We had lunch at Planet Dailies/ Cafe Hollywood and the food was amazing. While the menu is limited, if you ask the staff, they help you with dishes that are not on the menu as well. We were served Monica who was very polite and helped us with choosing the right dishes. We also wanted to have a small celebration and Rohan and Haider helped us with having a very nice cosy private function. They were kind enough to decorate the table and put up all the props in a very beautiful manner, and also clicked our pics. Rohan especially was available on the phone at all times and helped us plan everything in the best possible manner. Would surely recommend this hotel/ restaurant to everyone. The decor, the taste and above all the hospitality and helpful nature of the staff makes it stand out from others.

Good rooms and service. Nice breakfast with good spread. Courteous staff. Clean rooms and AC control was also good. Lifts were functional and adequate. Good value for money. There were some celebrations going on due to which the bass of the music was loud past 11 pm which can be avoided

It is always a great experience staying at PHD, office vicinity, comfort, peace of mind, relaxation and good food. Staff responsiveness is great. Rooms are clean and tidy. Buffet has a great spread with a mix of cuisines.. Gym ,spa and pool are great added experience

Staff is very cordial. Rooms are good. Also liked the pool and gym. Specially pool as it as clean and water temperature very well maintained. Breakfast Buffet is good but there is scope to have variation on a day to day basis. People staying for longer duration might want more variation

I have been taken care by entire staff very well. House keeping staff involving Pankaj, Sandesh and others ensure room is perfect when I come back from my office . Thank you all for your service. Had a fantastic stay! These guys have mastered the art of hospitality. Overall, the level of service throughout the property has been exceptional. From the prompt handling of requests to the meticulous attention to detail across amenities and operations, every aspect of my experience has been nothing short of excellent.

I want to give a huge shout out to the excellent service provided by the Lanet Hollywood team, including Imon, Sumit, and team, and especially the chef Khadak, whose customer service is exceptional. He went above and beyond to make my husband and I, who are both vegans, feel at home. He made sabudhana vegan kichidi, almond milk chai, and countless other items to make us feel included. I can’t recommend this staff enough!

Visited Planet Hollywood for buffet dinner..Excellent food..What made experience better was the courteous staff especially Alovili..They made sure we enjoyed our meal with comfort . Spread was excellent . Every food item was perfect ..Salad spread was good as well
