Broken cupboard, broken toilets, not so good bed and bed sheet. Its ok if you get the room. Only positive thing is it is near railway station

Room maintenance is required. Mirror is faded bathroom fittings health shower is not good. Neatness is required. Maindoor is closing fast. A. C is good

The staff at the reception as also other service staff are polite and very helpful. The double room is sufficiently spacious kept clean with good water, cubboards, chair & dressing tavle, tv, fan & ac working in good condition. Had a pleasant stay.

It was near to the temples and good but tap was leaking because of this we couldn’t sleep properly and even a/c switch was broken

The hotel is located in busy market place. No place for parking our van. No bell boys for transferring luggage to rooms. Water for bathing is not hot. Door locks are not working properly. Rooms are big and good. Linen provided is ok.

Location is good, housekeeping staff and reception staff are polite and helpful. However, restaurant person was very rude, impolite and partial. Buttive anymore. Tea is served in mini paper cups and he said extra cup of tea is chargeable even for buffet bfast ! some more bad experiences at bfast, which made our stay rate medium. Otherwise rest of staff are very good.
