King bed in primary bedroom, Queen in 2nd bedroom off kitchen & Twin beds (that can be converted into a king) in 3rd bedroom w direct access to hall bath. Located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort area, you are walking distance from the King's Shops and The Queen Shops where you have a wide range of restaurants to choose from. Heaven in Hawaii
Phenomenal property, location, owners, all of it. We had two families staying in the unit. Plenty of room. We cook most meals and the kitchen had everything we need. Being across from the pool with a huge lanai and grassy area was an added bonus. Would stay here again and again.

10D with the family
For 5 adults and a 10 year old, this condo is terrific. Close to the pool, big lanai, well stocked. Good landlords. It is a do again

Perfect location
We have stayed in Kolea a dozen times and this condo had one of the most convenient locations! Plus the 3 bedroom layout was perfect for a family of 5! Couple of downsides, the floor in the unit was very dirty upon checkin (kids white socks were black in no time). Plus the twin beds were left with out comforters or top blankets. The rental host was quick to respond and sent out two blankets for the kids, which was incredibly nice.
