"When we arrived, it was not yet time to check in. After receiving us, they helped us put away our luggage. When we went back to check in again, they helped us deliver it to the room. The service was very considerate. The swimming pool, small hot spring and gym on the top floor are open to guests from 6:00 to 21:00, which is very good for people who are short of time during the day and want to exercise.
Seeing that we are not familiar with English, they specially used mobile phone translation software to do English input and translation for us. There are also waiters who know some Chinese at the front desk.
It is close to the port and next to the so-called most beautiful subway station because it connects the psychology volunteer and the cross-sea bridge, and there are many attractions around it."

"It took me a while to find the place after getting off the train at Circular Quays. Walking up and down the streets. Eventually found it!!!!
Staff polite and friendly
Room clean. Towel provided. Bonus. View from the roof top beautiful.
I had a mushroom and egg brioche bun. Tasty and reasonably priced.
Breakfast was fab. Different cereals. Yoghurt pots. Seeds etc to add. Fruit. Juices. Toast. Jams/marmalade. Mini croissants. Hash browns. Tea/coffee. A great choice for continental breakfast.
I would recommend it. Great value for money."

"Maxime, the front desk staff was friendly and
helpful. Recognise me again when we met at the lift the next day. Helpful to advise to deduct the payment from the deposit for the buffet breakfast on the second night, so facilitate me to do express checkout, email me receipt so that it is also environmental friendly and saving time to catch the next morning flight.
Facilities are ok with pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna (though small pool and close at 8 pm) while gym 7/24 good and many equipment.
room with good view of the opera house.
Breakfast was good with fresh orange juice and many varieties like Parma ham"

All staff I met were friendly and helpful.
Smart TV contained airplay/chromcast function
The hotel is not accessible friendly for walking as guests need to take some stairs or sloping road"
