This was my second visit. The reception service was of excellant level. The restaurant food & services was very good too. Rooms were excellant. Very neat. It is closest you can get to nature in the mornings. They have pools & garden for trekking. The staff Mr. Ram & Mr. Sitigo were very kind & they took really good care of us. All the staff were excellant. They help to plan & arrange for sightseeings too. Kudos to the team. Deva (singapore)

We are speechless! The time we check in,we felt like King & Queen.We had all handy services.The staff went out of the way to render best services.We were guided by Manjunath for spice plantation,Rooms were superb with jaccuzi, food was good with superb ambience!! We want to specially thank to Manager Ram, Restaurant team Sam(superb service),Rickson guided us so well,Mani ,Riyas & chef Jaison Vijay good job!! We loved the soothing & v relaxing enviornment of beautiful greenery,pond & trees around us, its a complete holiday getway far away from home..see you all v soon Thank you!!🌹

Amaana Plantation resort will be my all-time favorite place to go and relax. The resort is surrounded by a thick plantation of jackfruit, pepper, and cardamon. All the rooms have a beautiful window view and you can sit there hear birds chirping sounds which are so relaxing to hear if you are coming from the metro cities. Rooms are super spacious with AC, TV, and a mini-fridge. You also have a hot tub to relax listening to music. Ram and Muthu were super friendly right from the check-in time. They made sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. The restaurant inside the resort has a wide variety of menus and it's yummy as well.

I can’t believe this hotel. My wife and I checked into the hotel for new Years Eve. Okay so first of all we wanted to have a pre dinner drink on our balcony. I ordered some ice from the restaurant they brought a bucket with maybe 15 cubes of ice in it. When I asked for a full bucket of ice he just walked away. After that first drink I ordered another bucket of ice. It took 1/2 an hour for the next bucket of ice to arrive, again 15 cubes in a big bucket??? So we went to dinner only to be told they don’t have a liquor license and we can only drink alcohol in our room. So, back to the room only to be told they have run out of ice!! Anyway the main issue I have with this resort is they have installed a BEAUTIFUL spa in the bathroom and I fill it, there is only like warm to cold water. I boil the jug 5 times to get the water to tepid, get in ready for my spa and the jets don’t work! OMG! My wife said yes, they told us when we checked in it is not a jacuzzi it’s only a bath and the water to it is only warm!! What a waste, what a joke! Obviously not a hotel for westerners on New Years Eve!

Lovely resort set in a beautiful cardamom plantation , away from any traffic noise . Misty mornings , bird songs and so nice to have a cup of coffee in the balcony as the sun rises . There is a large pond and a nice swimming pool : good enough to spend the whole day within the resort compound . Lovely staff , very attentive and thoughtful especially at the restaurant.

Had a worst experience with them. Good that we stayed only for one night. I don't know where to start but from bed, bathroom and everything is not good. They have leakage and bathroom and bad smell and shower door is not closed. And big noise coming from AC and all throughout the night it is on but the room didn't get cool. And there are blood stains on bed sheets and many more . Had a long day from Munnar and got their room in this condition.

Awesome property with Great View and rooms Great weather to compliment the stay. There are limited rooms and villas and the staff is super friendly. The night view is mesmerizing and it gets super awesome when it rains here. Feels like a foreign place

Me, wife, our best friends Ninan & Anu stayed at Amaana plantation resort on 25th Oct 23. We pat ourselves for booking this wonderful property. We had hit a last-minute deal that set the icing on our cake. Serene nature settings surround this location, that's nothing but awesome. The plantation cum waters view room ***** with bath, bed, linen, all genuinely premium and set in luxury and extra care. Restaurant too located, open air as well as indoor, is all inviting and cosy. Food was excellent but bit pricy. Complementary breakfast made us all happy with wide range and exceptionally tasty. Staff members, very friendly, a few we picked up their names like Anee na, Ram, Ashwin. Thanks to each one of you and the guys whom we met all *****. We regret for having not booked an additional night. But we look forward to spend more time when we get our next opportunity. Thanks Amaana for not playing usual marketing gimmicks which we see in similar properties. Thanks again to the Team Amaana !! Surajith
