A beautiful retreat. It was the correct destination for our holidays. We arrived at night, the check-in process was smooth, and Mr. Anser did a great job; he provided a good room and prepared a short travel itinerary for us. Thank you, Anser, for your support. We stayed in room Basil, a wooden cottage. The ambience of the room was very good, an amazing experience. We experienced an Ayurvedic spa, it's excellent. All the staff were friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the "Bon voyage" at the time of departure, it was really nice. Niraamaya is a highly recommended destination, we will definitely visit again. Thank you, team. Niraamaya

Worst experience ever. The room was not clean, the mattresses were old and dirty and the geyser of the room was not working properly. The food was pathetic and took eternity to come to table. It seemed like we were being served for free that the food was served in such a discourteous way. Thankfully we had to stay for just 2 nights. My entire trip to Kerala was amazing but my stay at the resort in Thekaddy was a complete thumbs down. Wouldnt recommend to none.

The place is beautifully appointed and is tucked away. Waking up to bird song is one of the best memories about this place. Food is good and the staff especially Girish, make you feel very much at home. The only minus is that if it has rained make sure you watch out for leeches when you walk outside. I got bitten by five of them little critters but that was well worth the experience of being amidst nature. I would certainly visit again ( with salt and Dettol at hand if I want to go out walking in the rain)

Worst staff behaviour by girish. He has so much attitude problem and not friendly, he behaves as if we are staying there for free of cost. Unfortunately we had to stay for only one night, We paid 17,000 for a night and it was utter waste of money. Highly disappointed. No buffet. Hardly staffs will be around to guide you. Avoid this property it looks outdated no amenities and swimming pool is in bad condition. The pictures they showed on their wesbite is misleading.No amenities to enjoy on the property. The road that leads to the property also in bad condition and dangerous to drive Kindly avoid this hotel. Totally bad experience and highly disappointed

One of the best resorts in Thekkady. I have stayed at many other resorts, but this one is my most favourite one.The room was excellent, it was a wooden cottage.Wow...really amazing. We stayed for 02 nights and enjoyed Nature,food, ambience etc.We would like to specially mention Mr.Ansar, he explained some unique sightseeing points around in Thekkady. I had a great experience with Niramaya Thekkady. The location across mountains is serene and gives you a lovely forest view. The staff was polite and services were prompt. I would specially thank Sajeesh, Vinod, Prakash, Dr. Anu and Athira for their efforts.
