HORRIBLE A PAS Y RETOURNER DANS LE GROUPE VILLAGE FANI Réservation à la carte bleue par téléphone sans retrait sur mon compte juste l'empreinte . RESERVEZ pour 1 nuit avec petit déjeuner et casse croute le soir ( le comble était de mettre notre repas sous vide dans un micro onde pour avoir l'aligot chaud. Une fois sur place nous avons réservez 3 chambres et une chambre d'un ami avait la douche qui ne fonctionnais pas. PAS D'EAU La personne a du prendre sa douche dans notre chambre. Au moment de payer le reste avec la carte bleue la centrale et l'ordinateur ne marche pas. Donc payer en chèque pour tous nous étions 6 personnes. Une fois rentrée dans la semaine après retrait de ma carte bleue + le chèque J'ai payé en doublon. Et pour ce faire rembourser j'ai attendu de aout 2024 à fin novembre 2024. Ils me réclamait mon relevé bancaire PAS EN PHOTO NI EN SCREENSHOST n'était acceptable par leur service compta il sera refusé. A fuir la chaine VILLAGE FANI

Hôtel refait à neuf. Chambre agréable et spacieuse. Literie confortable. Hôtel en libre accès. Nous n'avons vu aucun personnel durant notre séjour. Petit déjeuner à récupérer dans un casier. Nous étions 3. 3 Yaourts périmés. Le pain est dur et de la veille... Thé, café, un sachet de 6 grilletines et 3 compotes. J'aurai voulu d'obtenir des excuses... Mais non! Au contraire on m'accuse et me prend pour une autre cliente... Extérieur à aménager.... Tas de poubelles sur le parking. Dommage l'hôtel pourrait être très agréable.
