The price is not very cheap, but it is relatively balanced in all aspects. There are few Chinese guests and no Chinese service staff, so guests need to be able to communicate in English. The dinner dishes are average, and the breakfast is relatively rich. There are not many entertainments on the island itself, and the sea projects are okay but the price is not cheap. The hotel service is in place and the staff are well-trained.

The service was really bad. At 12 o'clock on the day of check-out, the waiter knocked on the door repeatedly to urge us. It was very unfriendly and hostile.

This was definitely the best trip in my life (and I have been places :))! The accomodation at the sunset overwater villa, the food in all the restaurants, the service (special thanks to Ali for taking care of us and Kristina for the useful tips) and the kids' club (xoxo to wonderful Reesha) were all fabulous and, if possible, we would love to come back again. We cannot thank the fish and the other creatures we met in front of our water terrace stairs, but the photos will make us remember them.

The accommodation was excellent! Ali was very nice and kind to help us get to know around the island and the facility. He gave us his personal contact so that we could ask him anything thru msgs! The food and the leisures were excellent and we hope to come back for more expeirence here !

We stayed here for one week and it was one of the best holidays we've ever had, we booked a lagoon water villa which was very modern and has this mix of being a beach villa and an overwater villa, we loved it We tried all the restuarents and the front runners were the japanese restuarent and the spanish one, remarkable quality The lagoon at this resort is very nice, you get some sea **** in some areas but not all the time, we've seen less nicer lagoons in the maldives before. Staff are freindly, and the overall exprience was amazing and would definitely go back one day. The seaplane lounge is a nice one too. ps. the only negative was the housekeeping, they are unbelievably slow and they can take hours to do your room which is not nice when it is very hot outside. not nice.

Best Kids Club staff !!- This has been our eight time in Maldives , and first time at Le Meridien, we have two small kids, they have a 24/7 babysitting and we use it few times so we could enjoy dinner as a couple and also they have an amazing kids club with lots of activities. Big thanks to Sandy who babysitted our little ones with great love and care also to Reesha for all the great activities she organised at the kids club- Thanks!! we will come back next year

My wife and I are having an awesome time, we depart the resort tomorrow/Feb 27th; we expected our trip to be awesome and it has. I am a Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador Elite Member and I have stayed at many Marriott properties and to date Le Meridien Maldives Resort is top of the list. Great ambience, great staff, be shout out to AAPAA, we engaged is great conversation. I had a great workout in the gym. Nice walk from gym to my villa. We will be back.
