It was good stay @ abad villas. Rooms were clean and and stay for family was over all good. Mr. Babu a care taker was helping and taken good care of us.

It's value for money considering the price. Plus the location isn't on the beach but still provides great vantage views. Gopal the caretaker was supportive too

This was my 2nd time staying here and it was still as well maintained. This time me and my friend, 2 girls, stayed together and was just as expected - neat, safe, comfortable. The care taker is very very good and helpful as well as non interfering. The bathroom was also kept neat, good shower just the kind you need after a walk to the beach. There is a private beach near this so it's safer too.

Location - good, very close to vizhinam light house. Can see the sea from a corner of the house. It’s a house, not well maintained. Access to the ground floor room is through a flight of steep stairs. Room is not at all spacious. Toilet is clean, basic kits as shampoo, soap & moisturiser provided. Nothing more. Breakfast limited to bread, butter / jam & omlette. No other choice. Lunch & dinner you can have in the shacks near lighthouse beach about 10 mins walk from abads. In totality very basic guest house. There is no provision for car parking in the property. Best part is the property caretaker mr. Gopal who will extend all possible help to make your stay comfortable as far as possible.

The villa is located very near to the Vizhinjam light house. You can easily walk to the beach. Entrance to the villa is through a small lane & villa campus was very simple. Got the feeling of homestay. The villa is not next to the beach, but sea was visible from balcony. Stayed here for one night in a ground floor room, which was neat & clean & so was the bathroom. For hot water electric water heater/geyser was fitted. There are two interconnected rooms on ground floor. Caretaker was very polite, co-operative & helpful. Breakfast is provided in room. Many restaurants are available nearby. Overall nice experience.
