High qualified and friendly staff. Very clean hotel. Excellent yoga, meditation, treatments and food. Very professional doctor consultations.

This is the most amazing stay I have ever had and I traveled a lot! The place is very beautiful with amazing views, private beach. No one bothers you, no wondering around tourists, you can enjoy the calmness and peace. The treatment is very good and helped me a lot. The most amazing part of the stat is the stuff of the hotel - they remember your room, your name, your treatment plan, they notice if you missed the dinner, they take care of you like if their own family! This place is really amazing, I’m coming back!

We chose to go with Rockholme Resort, Kovalam because we wanted a beach front location. We booked this trip via WellnessLoka and the team at WellnessLoka made all the arrangements in respect of our treatment plan, transportation and making sure we had our rooms early, due to our early morning arrival etc. I would highly recommend using WellnessLoka and would definitely consider using them again for our next Ayurvedic booking. The hotel was great in accommodating us early given we arrived around 5AM. The rooms were spacious and had an amazing view of the Arabian Sea from the balcony. The staff were great, and the doctors gaves a full detailed breakdown of our treatmentbplan etc. On our last day they gave us a special goodbye meal, which was a nice touch. However, there a few minor improvements I can suggest to make it a memorable place and these are: 1) It would be good if the WellnessLoka team kept in contact during our stay, as they only contacted us at the beginning and then after we left. 2) The treatments mostly only lasted 1.5 hours, not the full 2 hours we were promised. It needs to be made very clear if the 2 hours also includes preparation time and showers etc, which does eat into the 2 hours we were promised. 3) The food options also need to be made clear from the outset as to what kind of foods are available not available etc. There was some degree of inconsistency with regards to the provision of certain made to order foods like daily specials, tea, coffee and fruits etc. We only found out about the availability of certain freshly made to order or speciality foods by chance from other guests. May be a daily specials notice board would be good. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider using staying at Rockholme again for our next booking.

I stayed 10 days at Rockholm at the Lighthouse Beach for an Ayurvedic retreat and it truly exceeded every expectation. The place is simply magical — peaceful, elegant, and full of heart. The location couldn’t be better: perched right above the sea with an incredible view from the balcony. The sound of the waves is always there, so soothing. The beach below is public, but it’s in a small hidden bay where almost no one comes — it feels like your own private paradise. And just a short walk away is the promenade, full of little shops, cafés, and restaurants — perfect for an evening stroll. The pool area is spotless and calm, surrounded by greenery. The Ayurveda doctors are knowledgeable and caring, taking plenty of time for each guest. My therapists were truly outstanding — gentle, precise, and completely dedicated to their work. The room was bright, comfortable, and always perfectly clean. The staff at reception are so warm and professional — you always feel looked after. The food was another highlight: fresh, beautifully presented, and tailored to my personal dosha each day. There are also great excursion options if you want to see a bit more of Kerala’s beauty, but honestly, it’s hard to leave such a peaceful place. I left feeling balanced, refreshed, and deeply grateful. Rockholm isn’t just a hotel — it’s a sanctuary. I can’t wait to return.

The Ayurvedic treatments, yoga sessions, and delicious food all made me feel deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. Rockholm is the perfect mix of Ayurveda and the beach; a true haven of peace where you can slow down, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.
