Don't ever think of booking.. U will end up with bad mood... Service is like 1000 rs hotel type.. U will call room service reception will pick up call and keep on transferring then also room service will noy pick up call..U order food they will call multiple times to confirm and change order that this is not available.. Third class maintainance in hotel.. They will send food uncovered from restaurant to rooms which are far.. Food quality is poor they will serve cold parathas.. So think twice before booking.. Don't go by photos and location.. I wasted my 2 days here

The worst food ever had in my life . I invited my friend who loves sea food . They served the worst of the worst prawns , which was smelling like anything . The smell of the food was not going from mouth once we mistakenly have one piece. They voided the bill the things which we suffers after having this food was un imaginable . So sorry to say the server was amazing the food was the worst . We wont recommend any one over there. We were suppose to go to the executive but the place was empty we chose the local . Which was a wrong decision.

After two wonderful days at the resort, I felt inspired to share a positive review of this hotel. Today, upon receiving a beautifully packed parcel containing items I had left behind, I'm taking the time to express my gratitude and admiration for the Lagoona team. Amidst its scenic beauty, the small to medium-sized resort was neat, with new-looking rooms and impeccably clean bathrooms. While the food may not be top-notch, the overall ambiance and tranquility, especially in the evenings, left a lasting impression on my family. The staff's warmth and their extraordinary effort to ensure the return of my forgotten items have truly touched me. Thank you, Lagoona team, for an unforgettable experience.

A nice place to stay at in Trivandrum. Luxurious room and clean property. You can access the beach through a ride on a traditional boat - this is a unique feature of the hotel. Best massage services in the adjacent property. Nice view of the ocean from the premium sea view rooms.

Nice Hotel. We stayed here for 2 nights. Enjoyed the stay. full of greenery. free spaces. Swimming pool. Boat ride to reach the nearby sea beach. which is just like private beach. Staff are very cooperative. Again I want to visit that with family.

I only stayed a few days at this resort but I wish it was a longer stay! The view from the hotel is so serene as you can see the sea and the backwater and immediately makes you feel relaxed and stress free. The staff are welcoming and I could not fault their hospitality, rooms are clean and the food was delicious.
