Property location: opposite to tiruchendur city town bus stand, obviously a very crowded area. Lots of air and noise pollution. Restaurant & food: no such facilities, even no milk, no water bottle, not even tea or coffee. Amenities and services: they even don’t know what are called amenities and services, such illiterate people in reception. Internet malfunction, email services not functioning well, no printer etc, moreover, they don’t have proper gst invoicing, bill book in case the printer doesn’t work. Very below average service, no proper bedspread and bed sheets. Pillows are very, very old and torn, not even eligible to use. If kids lay in that bed, definitely the next day they should get admitted to the hospital, as highly contaminated and dangerous.

Location to the temple is very nearby just 2-3mins walkable and all the other things to add on to your shopping bags also the food y things. Very good pleasant stay. Rooms are neat and clean. I would recommend personally for everyone to have a good stay with them.

Room was small and there was very less space for extra bed we opted for. Not sure if the issue is with hotel or makemytrip - to list this hotel for my search criteria. Ac and hot water facility in bathroom were good. Negative is door mat outside bathroom - looks like it wasn’t washed for years and we couldn’t step on it. For the amount we spent, this is an average comfort stay.

The hotel was close to the temple and it was convenient to find a restaurant too. Everything is accessible from the hotel. The hotel staff were also cordial and helpful. But two things bothered us, one was that the parking is only available for cars, tempo had to be parked elsewhere. The hot water facility was through solar. So when it is rainy season, the water is too cold to bathe early in the morning. Later the hotel staff helped with hot water. Overall the stay was great except for the two things.
