Stayed here for 3 nights as we had to attend a family function and there are no other options close by. There was no hot water in the bathroom from the 2nd day onwards. Some problem with the heating system which was not fixed till we checked out. Although Treebo promises breakfast inclusive packages with some minimum options , there was no such breakfast available in this hotel. We tried to have breakfast 1 day but left without eating as it was unedible. That also they serve breakfast only after 9am as they do not have any waiters available before that. The staff is hard working and does try and make up for the shortcomings of the management. Example they provided us with buckets of hot water for 2 days. You should avoid staying here if possible.

The hotel staff are sweet and proactive they really go all their way to help and make sure you have a comfortable stay. The overall stay was very good experience, well maintained rooms with all amenities The best thing is that hot water is always available

Excellent stay very good ambience friendly staff , excellent breakfast highly recommend this hotel to all Excellent rooms with well equipped amenities and clean . Fast wifi . Overall stay was very good value for money front office staff was friendly and helpful
