My expectations were down when I saw the room, it was an old one. Service was average cause I always faced issue with wifi and didn't got a proper response.. Food also becomes average cause the one I've eaten in the past there was magnificent.. Overall my experience was an average one comparing to the last session I had with ******.. need to improve on such things

This is an old property with spacious & clean rooms. A/c is not working at its desired efficiency. Toiletry kept was just moisturizer. Neither body wash gel or shampoo or any soap was kept. They do not provide bathroom chappals. Breakfast was good and staff are courteous.

Found moisture in the floors throughout. Room no. 304 you can make an inspection on that aspect. Rest is fine & fantastic. TEA from your Restaurant on room service was simply excellent. Similarly day time snacks ordered were top class. Room service was very good and housekeeping too was top class.

It’s not a 4 star hotel. Although the facility is well located and is a large building, it’s poorly maintained for guests. The bathrooms were not clean in executive deluxe room. Phone or drive didn’t work in suite room which was more expensive. Food was awful

Way of receiving is very good landline some times not working washroom is very nice kittle facility also good but hair drayer is not working totally I spend 3000 for ra worthy for one night stay tv also good fridge facility is also there and but they charge items

Good service, large rooms (deluxe), tasty food - what more can you ask for at that price? From check in till till checkout, we had a wonderful stay. Breakfast Buffet had a good spread and the service was prompt. The only improvement that I ask for is to scrub clean the tiles in the bath area. Not bad, but can be better.

****** gave me the best ever experience in my life.. seriously!! I was with my partner and the security norms and privacy were excellent.. Rooms were like heaven, literally.. I'm a newbie to Thrissur and the food provided were really good and the breakfast was free.. standards were up to the mark..Have to visit again in future.. Really loved it.. N.B : This was my first ever experience taking a room as couple and we got enough privacy around

The front office staff is not very cordial.We had to wait for 20 minutes to get the room key. Otherwise our stay was pleasant.Room was clean and tidy.They had renovated the rooms.It is much better compared to earlier years.The staff in the restaurant were very cordial and helpful.The receptionist should be educated how to behave with the guests.
