Caisno Hotel provides good cleanliness, but it doesn't quite offer value for money. The amenities are lacking and need improvement to match the price. While the food is delicious and the staff is well-trained, the overall experience falls short of expectations due to the room and facility shortcomings.

The room was really good, everything worked as expected. It was a quiet room. We got a free upgrade to a bigger room. Check in was fast and easy, so was check out. Check out at 12 noon. Option to store luggage (temporarily, for free) for a few hours (even after checkout). Spacious lobby area. Restaurant food was good, but prices are on a higher side. Good restaurants (like Bharath Hotel, Veg) close by. Lots of parking space, and amenities within the hotel complex. Good location: close to Railway station (TCR).

My expectations were down when I saw the room, it was an old one. Service was average cause I always faced issue with wifi and didn't got a proper response.. Food also becomes average cause the one I've eaten in the past there was magnificent.. Overall my experience was an average one comparing to the last session I had with ******.. need to improve on such things

The hotel is good, worth the price for the room booked. Food is good Reception staffs and even bell boy are curtious and great But certains fixed required immediately Inside the room, The mini Bar menu was not placed and anyone would assume it's a complimentary snacks which is placed in the tray. Items are not expensive. Example cashews and some chocolates but then during the billing it was announced that those were chargeable and even after insisting that mini bar menu was not placed to say it's chargeable, the management could offer it as complimentary. I did not mind paying but and I would have insisted that they charged for it as those charges otherwise would have been placed on some staff. But courtesy gesture was missing . Even in the lunch buffet in the restaurant and during breakfast, the labelling of veg and non veg was missing . No green , amber or red dots to indicate the veg and non veg. Puddings which usually have eggs were not labelled. Such things are basic for any F&B service industry and such basic things were missing. But the cost for rooms are worth and with such small fixes the hotel can get better ratings in future .

The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a beautiful view. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping it spotless, The ambiance was welcoming, and the service was top-notch, The breakfast buffet had a good variety most dishes were excellent, Overall, our stay was fantastic

Excellent service. Food tasty. I travelled with my elderly mom and staff was very helpful. Thank you. The hotel provided me with extra towels, bedsheets etc on request. Very happy and satisfied with service. Would recommend. Very Comfortable stay

Bed was good..room was clean..Aircond and fan was perfect staffs respectful..it was a perfect stay..worth for the money..great experience..would return to stay here again with family.room service was good..reception excellent..totally good stay

It’s an average not worth as per the rate, with old coat, Cuboard, and bathroom also very average, also the room was having mosquitos …..almost just giving average or below average, only advantage is the location, food was good, that’s the only good thing to highlight
